Summary
Nancy has been having dreams the past few nights that have a familiar presence in them calling out to her. When she realizes it's Freddy behind the Phantom's mask, can she trust him to safely play out her fantasy or does he have an ulterior motive for visiting her in her dreams?
WARNINGS: Spoilers for the book of Phantom of the Opera written by Gaston Leroux, the original Nightmare on Elm Street film (1984), and major spoilers for some of the Nightmare sequels, especially Freddy’s Dead. Takes place after the 1st ANoES film, but before Dream Warriors so somewhere in the late 1980s. Nancy is a young adult in college (20) and is not a teenager in this fic so don’t come at me when things get spicy ;)

Summary
Somehow Lerik’s yearly birthday bash goes from calm to chaotic in the blink of an eye more than once. One poor unhappy Erik in particular really needs to air out his grievances more often instead of bottling it all up and letting it eat away at him. But lo and behold- no Phantom is completely perfect it seems, and they all come to a realization in the end.
Warning: Bad puns, pop culture references, and multiple LND lyrics used as actual dialogue. Insults, sass, and innuendos everywhere. There’s a Batman v Superman “Martha” moment between two Eriks. Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School and other Phantoms are referenced.
