Summary
“It was the middle of the night, your majesty,” the merchant shivered. “All was quiet, and the sea was calm. I was in my cabin with our navigator, ensuring our course home was true … and then we heard it.”
“Heard…it?” the prince questioned. “Heard what, Captain Jung?”
“Like a call from hell,” the sailor explained, eyes wide with terror. “A deep horn that rang out over the ocean, startling the very waves under our ship and waking all men within five miles… it was without doubt the call of Halazia.”

Summary
Seonghwa's soulmate doesn't want him--they'd made that much very clear with the soul words that had been written into Seonghwa's skin his entire life. Resigning himself to a life alone, Seonghwa can only brace himself for their first meeting.
When the prince that he serves accepts a suspicious arranged marriage, Seonghwa is chosen to become a decoy prince--just until the kingdom is sure that no one will be able to interfere with the engagement.

Summary
“I watched him die, Mingi.” Hongjoong says, definitive. He can feel tears burn at the edges of his eyes, old emotion thickening in his throat, but he keeps his voice as steady as he can manage. “I watched as they burnt him at the stake. He is dead. He has been dead for three hundred years.”
Yunho leans forward, hands landing on Hongjoong’s shoulders. He flinches back from them, hitting the backrest of the sofa harder than he means to. Phantom hands wrap around his wrists, press dirty uncut nails into his skin. Yunho powers on like he didn’t notice. The only indications he did are how he doesn’t try to reach out again and the tiny edge of hesitation to his words. “What if he isn’t?”

Summary
All Seonghwa knew for certain was that shortly after his thirteenth birthday, his hair began to lose its color at an alarming rate. In less than a month, most of its pigment had faded, leaving him with stark white locks. By the age of fifteen, his pupils had lightened significantly in color, and his facial features had become simultaneously smoother and more defined, as if sculpted by some unseen force. As he lost the round and soft face of youth, he resembled his hyung less and less. Increasingly set apart from the other boys in his class. His appearance finally settled into a picture of nearly androgynous, sculpture-like beauty that drew the eye of everyone around him. By eighteen, he stood far enough apart from the conservative human population of his hometown to be considered an outsider in his own home.
The man across from him was still crying.
At this point, he was beginning to believe more and more that this figure was not a threat.
Maybe.
Or
Seonghwa, a captive prisoner with unhoned, dormant magic in his veins, meets Hongjoong, a wickedly clever and captivating witch who shows him that there may still be something worth fighting for after years of surrender.

Summary
They arrives as refugees, the aliens. Dying and lonely, fragile on their own. Seonghwa was two, the day their Eomma entered Earth orbit to come find them, and he’s wanted to go up to visit since before he understood what space was.
Hongjoong might just give him that chance, assuming Seonghwa can keep him alive, of course.
[Chapter 13] now up! :D
Preview:
"Hey Sannie," he murmurs, tapping on the bed rail, then scratching at the sheet; creeping up on him. "Sannie, we came to get you. Are you awake?"
San's breathing deepens, and there's a scrunch between his eyebrows.
"Sannie-yaa," Hongjoong joins in, with a musical gurgle to his voice that he only uses with his members. "You did well, Sannie."
San's fingers twitch, like he's reaching, and that's all the excuse Seonghwa needs; he picks the hand closest to him up and hugs it to his cheek.
