Summary
Would the diminutive king finally grow enough of a backbone to take advantage of the situation and end him here and now? He could so easily, and tell Charlie that he tried to save him but he arrived too late to counteract the blood loss. It would be believable.
Perhaps he shouldn’t have spent the last few months tormenting him.
Finally Lucifer sighed and dropped his arms back to his sides, stepping closer and holding one hand out with his palm up. “C’mon Bambi, you did good.”

Summary
The words slipped out before he could really think them over, both men pausing as Vox waited with bated breath for Alastor’s reaction. He had never outright complimented him before now, he had no clue how he would react to it. He had seen how he reacted to people flirting with him, when they were obvious enough for even him to catch on. It almost always ended bloody if it came from a man.
Alastor stared at him, ears sitting straight and at attention as he digested just what Vox had insinuated, no he outright admitted just now. This was the confirmation he had needed of his suspicions, Vox was attracted to him.

Summary
The couch cushions dipped beside him as he sat back down, followed by Alastor’s humming along with the music as he sipped the rest of his water down and set the empty cup atop the table. Outside Vox could spot what looked like the beginning of a sunrise, the sky suspiciously less dark and the rain clearing- they really should be getting to bed if that’s the case, he mused. Opening his mouth, a suggestion of Alastor taking the bed on the tip of his tongue, he was rendered speechless when he felt the other man rest his head against his shoulder.
In the last five years that he had been in Hell, had known Alastor, he had noticed a few things. First off, Alastor wasn’t big on touch. Only a select few in his inner circle could touch him with no consequences or reactions, and he prided himself on being one of them. How he had gotten there he wasn’t sure, but he wasn’t about to look a gift horse in the mouth.

A humming behind him broke him from his trance, his attention swiveling to his left where a tall man dressed in a red pinstripe suit jacket approached with a umbrella, his features shaded by the angle of his shelter until he stepped under the awning and closed the umbrella. Shaking it out as he lowered it to his side, his other arm cradling a cane with a microphone attached to the top, Vox couldn’t help but stare. While he had a human-esque face with a nose, mouth and two eyes he very clearly was also different. Atop his head sat two fluffy ears, red with black tips matching his hair that swayed across his forehead and close to his jaw. When he looked up from shaking out his umbrella his eyes locked on Vox, red on red.
Vox had to be dreaming.

Summary
It had been an accident. Or maybe it hadn’t. Alastor, with his sharp wit and unnerving calm, had slowly chipped away at the armor Vox had so carefully constructed. The Radio Demon’s attention was both terrifying and exhilarating, a dangerous combination for someone like Vox. And when their paths had crossed, everything had shifted. He had never intended to fall for Alastor. It had been the last thing on his mind.
But Alastor’s quiet confidence, his ability to remain so completely unaffected, had intrigued Vox. And the more time they spent together, the more Vox found himself drawn to him. It was a different kind of addiction, a craving he couldn’t control. There was something about Alastor that made Vox forget his own hunger for power, something that made him yearn for something—someone—he could never have.
Vox had tried to convince himself that it was just a phase, a fleeting distraction. He was Vox, after all—the ruthless media overlord who could have anyone and anything. He didn’t need to be weak. He didn’t need to let anyone in.
But then, one night— that night, everything had collapsed.

Summary
When Vox originally fell into Hell he was without any of his memories from life. At first it was a nuisance, but with time he could barely find it in himself to care. He built himself up from nothing, creating an empire all in his name. Yet every titan has an Achilles heel. Vox's just happens to be a slew of memories that waited decades to show themselves.
Now he's forced to accept help from an old "friend" and the princess of Hell. What could go wrong?
