Summary
Seven didn’t really think about her destination, once she shot her way out of the bar and off of Freecloud. She didn’t regenerate, either, she just… went. She slept and woke in her pilot’s chair, pausing only to consume yet another flavorless ration bar, her movements nearly an extension of the ship running on autopilot to its heading. After days at high warp, she found herself arriving at what felt like the only possible destination there was.

Summary
Kathryn gives up on the monthly letter writing into the void after a while not because she wants to but because she has to, something tells her she's got to fully let go if—well. She's just got to fully let go. Between Deanna and Tuvok and two years of silence, she's gotten that far. She can't look too closely at it, yet, this ball of hurt and grief and loss they insist on picking at, but she’s got the shape of it in her hands, delicate, and brittle, and raw. She takes the complicated, knotted feelings into a home office on Nepenthe and an arid backyard on Vulcan and learns how to deal.

Summary
Voyager's crew is finally home and some find the challenges of being in the Alpha Quadrant harder than expected as they undergo Starfleet hearings lead by an Admiral who harbors great resentment of the great Captain Janeway and is suspicious of the crew. During her tiring battles to ensure the Maquis, the Doctor, and Seven are all treated fairly, Kathryn finds herself resorting to unconventional tactics as she tries to protect Seven, risking her career . . . and her heart.

Summary
After Voyager's triumphant return, Captain Janeway must deal with the fallout from her decisions in the Delta Quadrant while beginning Starfleet-mandated therapy sessions with Deanna Troi. Janeway is less than pleased, but truthfully she has some things to work through, including her refusal to act on the deep emotional attachment she feels for a certain Borg-enhanced crewmember.
