Summary
Hard Man Roy Kent is known for getting into fights on and off the pitch, normally his gaffer deals with that by paddling him, but when his habit of picking up red cards for fighting gets to the point where the FA aren't happy with the standard consequences, he's given a choice, accept a suspension, or sign up for Chelsea's Big Brother Program and get paired with one of the Academy kids who needs a little extra support.
Jamie Tartt's dad has him sent to Chelsea Academy, but even away from Dad, his teachings remain and Jamie isn't settling in very well to Academy life. Katsuki knew what he was doing was stupid. Sneaking around, brushing off the extras he reluctantly called his friends, and participating in an underground fighting ring as a Pro Hero was absolutely a bad idea, and definitely one of his most unhealthy coping mechanisms.
But he needed it. The adrenaline from fighting with no holds barred after his hellish first year as a hero student, the thrill in fighting to win without dealing with ‘proper protocol,’ and, most importantly, the freeing feeling of being alive.
