Alicent swallows, her mouth dry all of the sudden.
“The hour is late,” she breathes out, the maiden nods, eyes pitiful.
She knows it matters not.

Alicent is the daughter of the former Master of Whispers, Otto Hightower, who believes Rhaenyra should not be Queen, especially after being absolved of his services after her coronation. Alicent is caught sneaking inside The Red Keep, and is thrown to rot away in the dungeons.
The heir-less queen maybe has other plans for the maiden.

Somehow, it’s different when it comes to Alicent. Everything is way more difficult when it comes to Alicent. Rhaenyra doesn’t want to be the first one to give in. That’s too typical, painfully to-the-point and not quite like the beloved calculated games they have been playing for years. She wants Alicent to teeter over and over again, and finally fold.
Rhaenyra decided it. She’s going to make Alicent think of her all the time. She wants to drive that woman insane. By the time the month ends, Alicent won’t be able to want anything more than her. She is going to kneel at her feet.
(Or; where all Rhaenyra wants is for Alicent to confess her feelings for her, and maybe fuck her along the way. She just needs to give Alicent a little push to make it happen.)
