Something uneasy settled into Akira’s stomach as he looked into those maroon-brown eyes. “I, well, back during the Phantom Thieves, she and I had, yknow, a deal.”
“A deal,” Goro repeated impassively, turning away to look at the tile on the far side of the subway. If anything, he seemed even more stiff, face darkening. “One of your deals.”

Two years after the fall of the Metaverse, Akira and Goro get all dressed up to go see Goro's favorite musical, but a chance encounter with a certain doctor causes old wounds to resurface.

At one of the charity galas he co-host he gets intrigued by an actor he just met and the love for his craft. The whole situation makes him try and seek comfort and peace in cinema and the mysterious actor.
Simon has to deal with his new stardom and the reprecussions of saving Trevor. One night he meets the national superhero - Captain America himself who gets weirdly interested in him which only makes him more paranoid and feel emotions he has been trying to bury deep inside since his youth .

If Bruce could just take this seriously, Clark's heart could make it to the end of the month. Except that by the end of the month, Bruce has been kidnapped again, and this time Clark has no idea where he is.

At the beginning, when it was new, Reed had theorized there must be other universes, many of them, perhaps all of them, where they were close. And so Johnny joked, "What, so we're soulmates?" and Peter gave the ceiling his most affronted lead-paint stare for the following ten minutes.
But much later, when they were sitting in his dorm room, and Johnny was yapping his ear off about some car he had 'rescued' while leaning way too far into his personal space, Peter had to admit. If he had to be stuck with someone for all eternity or whatever, there were worse people to suffer with than Johnny Storm.

He decided to commit to outing himself to the Justice League despite the objections of the ever cautious Batman. Little did Clark know, Batman wasn't nearly as opposed as he seemed and even had a secret of his own to share.
Unfortunately for Clark, everything went wrong as soon as it looked like his best friend was starting to open up. First it was a media frenzy, then Batman's weird behavior, then Bruce Wayne's ridiculous antics, and finally a dangerous villainous plot. Clark was sure that he would never learn Batman's identity after everything turned into a complete disaster.
