Crazy hypothetical, right? This story VERY CLOSELY resembles the Project Hail Mary book written by Andy Weir, and they basically go hand in hand. Scenes from the 2026 movie have also been added in, along with plenty of original scenes. This story is rewritten as if a fourth crew member was aboard all along.
