After months of being reckless and inconsiderate towards his parents, siblings, and best friend, James Sirius Potter sets about making things right. Cue an enlightening chat with his best friend (and on-off girlfriend but she's firmly decided it's "off" for the foreseeable), a surprisingly pleasant phone call with his dad, apologies that aren't as awkward as they could be, and a plan to prank the boy who upset his sister.

Summary
Shortly after the events of S.11 Ep.17, “Red Meat”, Dean just wants Sam to rest and recover from his injury, but Sam is running himself ragged looking for a way to defeat Amara and get Castiel back. Dean decides the best way to take a break will be to work a case, a simple milk run involving a ghoul causing chaos in a small town, just to get Sam away from the Bunker for a couple of days. However, Winchester luck prevails, and things soon go downhill for the brothers.
