“Good evening” Jayce murmured under his breath, too quick for Viktor to catch.
“Hello, Jayce” he put on a polite smile. Trying his best to not look like a nervous mess, he clasped his hands together, afraid his hands would shake like being in a job interview.
“Thank you for packing those” Jayce lifted all the 3 bags in one hand. Was ready to turn around on his heels and dip– it felt uncomfortable for him. Oh he must be dating someone then.“Jayce, I'd like to talk if you don’t mind,” he said quickly before Jayce left. Jayce stood in shock, Viktor never wanted to talk, not after divorce. He thought they would never talk, Viktor thought that too.
“About?” He looked confused and scared. Viktor wanted to comfort him that he doesn’t want their marriage back. That he can date as much as his heart content. The anger is reeling its head back, ugly and twisted in his stomach.

Summary
Dumbledore doesn't make it in time for Harry's trial, and the outcome is very different. Harry is expelled, his wand snapped.
But he refuses to give up. And he is done waiting around for Albus Dumbledore to give him information.
Deciding to take his life into his own hands, Harry asks for training from several Order members, preparing himself to fight Voldemort while the whole wizarding world believes he's helpless and back in the muggle world.
Meanwhile, his friends are at Hogwarts, tackling their own problems in the form of Dolores Umbridge. Harry hadn't expected the separation to be so difficult - or for a certain mischievous redhead to make the waiting game they'd entered into so very excruciating.
He might have lost his home in Hogwarts, but with Sirius and Remus around, Harry begins to learn that rebuilding a family isn't as hard as he'd anticipated.

Having negotiated a tentative peace, Elizabeth, Victor, and William are forced to reconcile their feelings for each other alongside the addition of Victor's creation, whose presence stirs up memories long-buried and old hurts left to fester.
Isolated in the tower outside of Vaduz, with winter closing in and with William and Elizabeth's wedding on the eventual horizon, the four of them have no choice but to navigate their new relationship (whether Victor wants to or not).

Victor stared back at her in silence. The prolonged silence only served to further intensify the tension between them, yet Victor found peace in that chaos. So forceful was the storm in his chest, but so calm was the emotion of letting that storm wind fling you away to oblivion. Victor's tongue refused to produce any original thought, the only fiction in his life that he had consumed flew back to him in clear glimpses. Victor spoke with a tiny hint of smile, "I pray you, sweetheart, counsel me whether it is better for a man to speak or to die?"

While it is true that Victor found love in his sister-in-law, Elizabeth like a man does in wife, it is equally true that he must fullfil his penance for sins against his son, Adam.
Whether or not that son considers him father, whether or not the penance requires him observing sin much much more vile.

Author's Note: It's basically a short romance slash PWithP, with slight OOC Victor who cries a lot. I just wanted to write something to tickle my Size kink and Dacryphilia. And also, this is heavily inspired by the Guillermo del Toro's adaption, but many traits will stay true to the original book.
