canon technically-compliant-but-probably-not-canon au, of sorts! Events proceed more or less as they did in canon, but the context surrounding those events is much deeper. The Tarot Reader is
probably remnants of Megan Itohiding out in Parker's office after the events of Season 19, and also trying to pull former bearer of the Microphone Wyatt Mason out of the Immateria. Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.

They’d come a very long way just for Grace to give up and die at the last hurdle, both physically and emotionally. The Tau Ceti system was a long, long way away now, and Grace had faced not one but two highly emotional suicide missions. Three, if you counted the time before he was given a military grade roofie and hucked into space without his memories.
Rocky and Grace make it back to Erid! Huzzah!

Would the people at the palace see through her? Or would they, like the innkeepers on the road, see short hair and a boy’s name and not think further?
The guard stepped back. “Welcome to the palace,” he said, and let them in.
