Bruce stayed still, not an expression on his face, not a sound to be heard from him, the room stayed quiet for a long while. Edward had finally accepted defeat when he heard it.
"A purge" His tone was sure and loud, and Edward surprised himself when he saw Bruce had finally turned his way, piercing determination in his eyes as they met Edward's maybe for the first time in a lifetime.
