The 7-page document he signed without much thought, means he has unwittingly signed away rights over his own body and other personal matters.
Max later informs Carlos that, under the contract, Red Bull's sponsors and wealthy fans can pay to have sex with the drivers during race weekends. The contract grants the team full rights over the drivers' bodies. If a driver refuses or discloses this information, Red Bull can tamper with their car, leading to dangerous crashes.

“No, I am sure it is him.” The first man insisted, the grip around Max’s shoulder tightening painfully as he was heaved forward and onto his knees. “I have seen him before.”
Max’s whole body slumped in, his eyes falling shut. They refused to open again, every breath a strain on his lungs.
There was a hand seizing him by the back of the hated steel collar around his neck, ripping on it so his head was tilted upwards, calloused fingers gripping his chin. The small pain the rough treatment caused was nothing compared to the one in the rest of his body, Max barely felt it.
“It is him. Max Emilian Verstappen.”

In hindsight, Max probably should have thought this through more than he initially had. While he is known for his instinctive driving on the track, off it, he’s more levelheaded than one would expect. Right now, of course, is not a good example to make that case. In fact, he would very much prefer it if this moment were to be considered a side story in his life. Not really part of the main plot. A pocket of time where anything and everything goes.
Because if there’s one thing Max Verstappen loves to do, and has been doing for the past few weeks, it’s fucking with the media. And if he can get fucked while fucking the media over… well.
