"Nick," the woman says. She looks at him, right at him, with an eerie calm that sends shivers down his spine. "Do you think you and Charlie are soulmates?"
"Well, you just said—"
"It doesn't matter what I said. Do you believe, deep down, in your heart of hearts, that you two are meant to be? That you two would find each other in any universe?"
Nick is positive that he'll wake up tomorrow and scoff at the things his brain comes up with when he's tired, heartbroken, and running on fumes and vodka lemonades. He knows all of this means nothing, and the woman in front of him isn't real, and this party isn't real, and none of this is real, and Nick is living in a nightmare. He knows he'll wake up soon.
Still, might as well tell the truth.
"Obviously. Yes."
The woman smiles. "Good. Then prove it."
Or, it's been minutes since Nick and Charlie broke up, and Nick is already desperate enough to use interdimensional time-traveling to fix it. Featuring alternate universes, angst, fluff, a quick stint as enemies-to-lovers, flower shops, Ferris wheels, and a touch of magic.

First Work Summary:
The problem with Legends is that, over time, they are altered, misremembered, or forgotten all together. But some Legends are so great, they must be relived, again and again, until they get it right.
Nick dreams only of being the Rugby King of Truham Grammar. Beyond that, he has no idea what he wants to do with his future. Until he meets a boy with curly hair, blue eyes, and dimples.
Charlie dreams of Dragons, and Magick, of brave Knights, and a quest set before him, to bring back the olde ways, and set right the Legend that has been retold thousands of times. This time, he vows to set the record straight (Or not so straight.)
Who knew their Destinies would collide?
