Summary
A woman's work is never done, especially when the work is to throw a wrench into the plans of the Marines at any opportunity. Locke is on a mission to fulfill a duty that was passed on to her, but she may be over her head this time. After a "wrong place, wrong time" run in, she winds up on the Moby Dick as guest, or more accurately, a patient. Weary of pirates but in need of their help, the Whitebeard crew show her that not all pirates are evil, and sometimes, the people you find in the most unexpected places are those that fulfill you the most.

Summary
Love is such a funny word.
She loved people freely. Perhaps more than she should.
She was a book obsessed and a not so shy girl in a completely different world, freshly transmigrated (does 2 year's translate into being fresh?) only to run into the characters she loved so dearly.
Real people had been overrated
So how exactly was she supposed to react to fiction coming to life? Ignore it? Please. She didn’t have that kind of willpower.

Summary
After the deeply questionable experience of reincarnation, Yara came to one conclusion rather quickly. In the world of One Piece, a medical education was far more useful for forging licenses than for practicing legally.
At first, life as an underground doctor had seemed almost ideal. Quiet work. Good money. Minimal attention.
She treated pirates, smugglers, fugitives, and, on occasion, complete lunatics held together by stubbornness, poor impulse control, and what could generously be called luck. They paid well, rarely complained, and, most importantly, knew better than to ask unnecessary questions.
Yara extended them the same courtesy.
It was a simple arrangement: patch them up, take the money, stay out of their business, and keep as far away as possible from anything that smelled remotely like world-shaking conflicts or plot-induced insanity.
Honestly, it was a solid plan. Relatively safe, too.
At least until she discovered that world-famous maniacs apparently possessed an uncanny instinct for tracking down people with questionable reputations.
Seriously, fuck them all.

Summary
After an accident, you get isekaied into One Piece, falling on the deck of the Moby Dick. You quickly realize how complicated your life is going to be but you're aiming to achieve one thing: make sure every character that should have stayed alive, stays alive.
And if you get a bit sidetracked on the way because of some handsome pirates... well so be it.It's a Y/n story but Reader has a name. This is my first reader-insert fic and the first One Piece fic I write, and English is not my first language, so be kind in the comments please!
