Society separated those with and without powers and those with magical were told to keep quiet. Virren was raised in The Magiless District but he had powers. That raises a couple questions for him, as well as his pining for his best friend, Ulysses.

Summary
Sampo Koski is a cat.
Well, not really. But he can become one.
For many years a stray navy blue cat with white spots around his face, tail and feet had been roaming around Belobog, and though his cuteness was something that was greatly adored by the residents, he caused nothing but trouble. He stole food, wallets, keys - anything he could get his little pesky paws on.
Recently, Captain Gepard had been tasked with getting a hold of the stray to find someone to train it and give it a home, but despite his efforts he always managed to slip out of his grasp. The cat reminded him of Sampo in every way possible, but it never crossed his mind who the true identity of this little feline happened to be.
