Slowly, painfully, atom by atom being torn apart and turned to dust forever more.
Creatures of sin did not deserve to bask in the presence of something so holy, so why was it here…

“What the hell do you think-” Alastor cut off with another startled cry, wincing as the leash on his soul manifested as a collar around his neck that was now harshly digging into him and choking him.
He let out a warning growl when it finally loosened a little, though it did little to inspire fear, his ears had no doubt flattened to the sides of his head as terror raced down his spine.
Because there, wrapped securely in Vox’s hand, green intertwining with blue, was the chain to his soul.
