Fujiwara Touko first saw the young boy on a hot summer day, in a nameless shrine deep in the woods of Yatsuhara. He disappears as soon as their eyes met, sinking into the shadows like he belongs there. The boy isn't scared of the dark, but he's scared of her.

Will this be the last time he breathes in oxygen? Will this be the last time he ever thinks? Ever speaks? Does he have to do something to make his death seem more significant? More important?
Izuku hits the ground.
His body tears into two. His bones shatter, exploding in their confines of flesh. His blood splatters.
Izuku awakes.
Izuku can see a dead body. He can see some unruly green curls caked with drying blood.
The sight would normally have Izuku turning around and puking his guts out, but he isn’t doing so.
Izuku realizes the person in front of him is himself. Dead and mangled. The person in front of him is Midoriya Izuku.
Or - Izuku gains a quirk after killing himself, makes some new friends, gets some therapy, possibly becomes a vigilante, all while dying a few more times during that.
Or, Or - Healing.
