Summary
“Listen, I’m giving you an opportunity to move on from this sad, sad life that you live.” Puffer’s voice was devoid of any humor now, the serious tone causing Pezzy to shift on his feet anxiously. “You can forget about all the money you owe, or you can spend the rest of your life slaving away for some cash that you will owe for the rest of your life. What are you going to choose?”
The answer seems obvious. Pezzy knew that with the snap of Puffer’s fingers, his life could drag on miserably and pathetically. And during times like this, it really made Pezzy miss Matt’s clear headspace. Decisions as important as this were always easier with Matt around.
Ultimately, Pezzy doesn't speak, but Puffer seems satisfied with that response.
“Good. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Summary
After their breakup, Droid and Pezzy lose themselves until they're almost unrecognizable. Pezzy had become an empty shell of himself, burying himself in mounds of snow and tiny bruises in his arms. Droid was no better; he became violent, never seen without a bottle of alcohol in his hand. Their friends can see how much they're drowning without each other.
Is bringing them back together the right choice? Or is separating them further the best option?
Only time will tell.

Jaime is in his last year of high school when his parents uproot their family and decide that a small Midwestern town is more favorable than the big Southern cities.
Now in a much more humble, tiny town, Jaime finds himself becoming friends with his neighbor Chris. Chris introduces Jaime to Nelson, who happens to attend the same high school that Jaime transferred to.
Of course, just as young men are, they decide to mess around in a haunted house.

Summary
Four mercenaries - 1 experienced, 3 rookies - go on a mission assigned by the infamous Vanoss himself. A simple task of finding classified files, the client did not explicitly say what to look for, just that it would be obvious when the mercenaries found it.
Not difficult, right?
Instead, the four mercenaries found six traumatized children, and thanks to the softie accompanying them, they returned to HQ with the children and... thankfully with the files.
Safe to say Vanoss was pissed.

John doesn’t normally do drag - maybe it’s for a one-off event, a dare, or even a local bar show. He’s confident enough in himself that he doesn’t care, and he plays it up beautifully: elegance, humor, a bit of sharp wit. He looks good, too good, and Smitty knows it the second John walks out.
Smitty’s breath catches. For a dizzying moment, it’s not “John in drag,” it’s “this beautiful woman,” and his brain scrambles to reconcile the two. He tries to laugh it off with the others, make a joke about it, but deep down there’s a hook snagged in his chest.
