Summary
Giungevano quindi dopo settant'anni di preparazione alla fine di tutte le cose.
Verso la fine di un'era per il mondo youkai immersi in una guerra di fede, verso un nuovo mondo che li vedeva come pionieri esausti dopo un esodo senza fine.
Per Inuyasha e Sesshomaru comincia l'ultima grande battaglia che li condurrà all'addio della loro terra natale. Insieme alla loro famiglia combattono l'ultimo nemico che si pone sulla loro strada mentre il progresso umano divora tutto ciò che conoscono.
Fra gli elementi che si oppongono e compagni perduti che tornano in vita Inuyasha e Sesshomaru dovranno fare di tutto per salvare ciò che amano, mentre nell'ombra un falso Piccolo Sole minaccia la vita del Sesto Figlio.
Il vissero tutti felici e contenti è lontano ma non perduto.
Per loro è solo l'inizio di un nuovo mondo della notte.

Summary
Scegliere la propria strada non è mai facile e dopo secoli di vita con gli umani Inuyasha sceglie una via alternativa, diventando a tutti gli effetti un figlio del Generale Cane e prendendo il suo posto accanto a Sesshomaru.
Ma dopo la guerra migliorare non è mai facile, sbocciare di nuovo è una corsa ad ostacoli e la corte dell'Ovest non è posto per gl'ingenui.
Diventare l'omega del clan è una sfida e anche sposarsi è un'impresa, perchè salvare Sesshomaru è forse la più grande prova della sua vita. L'amore, il dovere, il protocollo, gli affetti filiali.
Per Inuyasha si apre una nuova vita e anche per Sesshomaru e i loro figli.

Summary
A più di duecento anni dagli accadimenti della Sfera dei Quattro Spiriti una grande battaglia incombe, portata da un nemico senza motivazioni nè un volto. Per necessità Inuyasha si appresta a tornare nella dimora del clan ora guidata da Sesshomaru e dalla sua nuova famiglia, famiglia di cui Inuyasha volente o nolente sarà costretto a far parte niente meno che dai suoi nipoti.
In un viaggio di scoperta, accettazione e pericoli i legami di sangue verranno rinforzati, vecchi rancori messi da parte tanto da permettere ai figli del Generale Cane di formare il legame spezzato alla nascita del più giovane.

A few steps forward to the wall, and she had to throw out her palms to brace herself on the cold stone. His firm heat behind her shifted, thighs pushing into the back of hers as he held her tight.
“You like to run,” he whispered as his long nose brushed through her hair, “but maybe you also like to be caught.”

He only wishes he could.
Wishes that, for once, he could hate someone as much as he’s always hated himself.
As much as everyone else, with the few rare exceptions, have always seemed to hate him.
At the very least he wishes he could just stop caring altogether.
