“Nice joke, Shit-Brows,” Zoro huffs, reaching for the polished cocktail glass to his right. “The only thing that’s on the house is my foot up your ass. Now cough up your order. Everything here is 1,359 beri and up.”
It isn't far-fetched to say that life is full of surprises. Life is full of good ones; it's full of more unpleasant ones. It's full of surprises that appear rugged at first, which, in time, give way to something, or rather someone, who is perfectly imperfect. Sanji learns, first-hand, that some surprises have the power to change one's life for the better.

Handing over an omega when you're suing for peace after a humiliating defeat is standard practice, but once the discrepancy is discovered, it's already too late. Despite his misgivings, Zoro will have to take responsibility for a man he's never met, and navigate a situation in which neither of them can be happy.
He wasn't planning to get married. And while Sanji hasn't been allowed to see any other future for himself, the circumstances are less than ideal. They speak of the warrior as if he's a wild beast, and he certainly looks the part. And while he's determined not to fold right away, he knows it's only a matter of time before he'll be begging him.

Tobio was surprised at the syllable that came from his lips, a whispered secret he’d kept even from himself.
“There’s a way to make it happen.” Sakusa finally turned in his direction. His pupils were dilated, and Tobio could smell a hint of fresh rain, and something herbal beneath that. Rosemary? Sage? He inhaled deeply, trying to figure it out the source of the aroma. Sakusa shivered. “Please… stop scenting me.”

Sanji slumps at the railing as he puffs his cigarette. What shitty luck he had. Not only did he get swindled by his ex-boyfriend, he was also robbed of his belongings while looking for another place to stay. He clicks his tongue as he takes in his last puff. What a shitty life it has been.
Suddenly, a little girl clung to his legs and shouted, "Mama!"
He looks at the girl, puzzled, then glances to his side, searching for a woman looking for a lost child. But there was nothing. Then, a few black cars stop in front of them, and a few men get out—arms with… toys?
"Mama! I'm scared!" the child said, tightening her grip on his leg.
Sanji immediately scoops up the child and holds her protectively. There's no way he's giving the child to some thugs.
Another car stops, and a green-haired man steps out. The man with the long nose whispers something, then looks straight into Sanji's eyes.
"Take them both inside the car," the man commanded.or
Sanji, an unlucky student scammed in Japan, is on a bridge when a child falls into his arms and mistakes him for his mother.

This should not have happened.
Sanji knew it, and as he was making sure to keep a cold and strong exterior, yet he cannot help but be fearful.
The last two times he had end up with an alpha in rut, it has not ended well... there had been broken bones and cracks and blood — Not his tho — Not that it was ever a question. But it had been expected, because these Alpha were weak.
Zoro was not.
And as the tangy, musky smell started to rise in this cavern, so did Sanji’s realization of the situation that was daunting on him.
"Oy, Marimo... what the fuck?!"
"What?” Zoro’s voice was raspy, too raspy, and slow. The usual sharpness in Zoro's tone was not here. "What's your problem curly brow?” The syllables were hatched.
"What do you think you're doing?!" spat Sanji.
This was a stupid question, that was just answered by a raised eyebrow.
It was clear. Zoro was in rut.

Summary
Escaping from his pack with a newborn, Sanji comes across Zoro, an alpha male wolf shifter. As a wolf shifter himself, Sanji will not let himself be assaulted by any alpha. But Zoro does nothing to harm him. Instead, Zoro takes Sanji and the newborn to his own pack, run by Law, an omega wolf shifter. Sanji is welcomed into the pack, but Sanji is also hiding a secret. His father and brothers were part of the biggest and strongest packs in the land. Sanji is just looking for a new life where he can raise his daughter peacefully.
Zoro knows Sanji is hiding something, and he is determined to find out what. Along the way, his wolf starts to howl whenever he sees Sanji, the usual sign of finding an eternal mate. Sanji's wolf howls the same, but Sanji will never be with an alpha again. They bicker and fight to hide the fact that their wolves are attracted to each other.
But word of Sanji's disappearance reaches his family, and the new pack Sanji is in may be brought down through pack violence. It's up to Sanji and Zoro to save the pack before the Vinsmokes find them.
