“Yeah, you know!” Sora exclaimed. Even just thinking about it was making Sora’s heart skip a little. “Like first kisses, or a first date. Ooh, or holding hands the first time! Every time I’m near Riku now my heart starts thumping like ‘is it gonna happen yet?!’”
“Are you serious?” Kairi asked, squinting at Sora. “Sora, you’ve held Riku’s hand like a bazillion times. You used to drag him everywhere!”
“That doesn’t count!” Sora protested. Doubt flickered in his chest. “Does that count?”
“In fact, you’ve done all those things before,” Kairi said, folding her arms and leaning over the table towards Sora. Her expression was knowing, and Sora suddenly had a bad feeling about this conversation.
(or: 5 times Sora and Riku didn't have a first together, and one time they did.)

The sexiest fic ever written. In the history of the world. Like, ever. Roxas still getting the hang of hearts and emotions and sex, but still being so needy and talented he makes up for lack of experience - while Axel has dumb horny ass decision making but makes his profound care for Roxas known in every single breath he takes - yeah, this is just canon to me. The characterization is phenomenal, as literally always with this creator. But this specific fic is my absolute favorite from them. It made me nervously laugh at times, and then fed me the sweetest fluff to make up for the discomfort. It's just phenomenal.

A fic that constantly has me entranced by the dialogue. I'm always trying to hear the characters in my head, and many times, it is remarkably easy to do so. It's cheesy, it's fanfic trope-y. But it refrences real lines from the show that had me kick me feet then, so it just. It's so cute. It's so camp. I love love LOVED staying up a whole night to read it.
