"You're not real." Mikey croaked out, voice small, too scared to speak up now that his door was wide open. And he just smiled at Mikey, like he always did. He brought his hand up to cup Mikey's cheek, and Mikey could have sworn he could feel the heat radiating off his palm.
He drags his thumb across Mikey's cheek, causing Mikey to wince his eyes shut. And when he opened them again, he was gone, vanishing into thin air like he always did. "Mikey!" The nurse's voice broke Mikey out of his thoughts.

Summary
A groan broke him out of his panic, swiveling his head around he let out a shriek when he saw the rotted flesh of the person again. He slammed the door shut in their face, his head shooting back to the desk in the room.
He tugs the drawers out of the desk, letting them fall loudly to the floor. Ray falls to his knees, his hands swatting through the clutter on the ground, picking up a stapler gun in a panic. He shoots up as the door flies open, screaming as they tumble forward for him.
He puts his arm out to stop them, flipping them around so he could pin them up against the wall with his forearm. Bringing up the stapler gun, he slams it into their head multiple times before pulling the trigger multiple times, shooting staples into their skull.
Ray backed away as their body went limp, tears streaming down his cheeks as he watched their body flop down to the floor. Staring down at his torso, he lets out a whimper, seeing the blood splattered against him.

\(°囗°)/The red haired… maybe not so human, person? backed away as soon as Ray pushed at them, they put their gun away in their belt-loop, looking down at their watch, they start to poke at it. "It seems that I've landed on earth." they hummed out.
"What!?" Ray squeaks, his shoulders tense when he felt the burn of the flush on his cheeks.
They smile over at Ray, tapping their watch in his direction. "Your DNA is telling me you are a human from earth, Is that not correct?"
"N-No… That is definitely correct."
They hum, satisfied. "My watch is working as intended then, Good!"
"Right…"
