Summary
While Monstadt only has one official language, it is a little-known fact that there are no fewer than three languages in use by the Knights of Favonius. The common tongue is the most ubiquitous, of course, but there are two others: Verurteilungish, spoken primarily by Fischl and understood by the other knights with varying degrees of fluency; and Regalese, the haughty, vengeance-focused language spoken by Eula Lawrence. While it is unknown whether there is a linguistic connection between these two lesser tongues, it is well-known that their speakers tend to understand each other far better than those who speak only the common tongue.
