Kai has been in this stupid, monster infested land for so long he feels like hes losing it.
After discovering that being in that egg after his first encounter with the centipede leaves him not so human anymore, hes going to learn how to adjust to life as a not so human.
How will his family react? How will he push through the new trauma the Land of Monsters gave him?

But one night MK goes out to a small park to paint and a random stranger asks him about what he's painting. They end up meeting up with each other again. And again. And again.Spicynoodles and also kind of an AU. Demons and dragons are still real, but MK is a normal human who never met Wukong and never got the staff. (Sorry my fellow Wukong enjoyers)

In which the land of monsters over time takes more than just humanity, Kai never makes it out, instead being separated from Daidan and landing back with Fuzz amnesia racked. He questions 'false memories', and soon he finds two people clad in blue with a mission to get home.
