Summary
Arthur survives the battle of Camlann but discovers that Merlin is a sorcerer when Merlin kills Morgana to save Arthur’s life. Feeling angry and betrayed, Arthur banishes Merlin.
Five years later, in a war-torn Camelot, Arthur is finally ready to talk to Merlin, and they realize that they can only fulfill the prophecy together, side by side.
The next morning, they wake up in the past, in their young bodies.

“Someone or something has sent us back in time, right to the beginning, with all our memories,” Merlin says, and it’s only now that it dawns on him what that truly means. “Just imagine everything we could do, everything we could change for the better. We could make everything right this time.”
Arthur hesitates for a moment. “Can we even change the future?”
“Yes, I think we can”, Merlin answers with confidence and new-found hope in his voice.

Spots of colour appeared on Leon’s cheeks, and he grimaced as he brandished his mobile. “It was this, or set you up on a date with her elderly cousin Grunhilda.”
“Give me the mobile, Leon. I’ll make an account.”***
Arthur is tired of people only wanting to date him for his money. After his latest break-up, about which he isn't very broken up at all, he decides dating just isn't for him. But his best friends at least want him to talk to other humans outside the office, and they get him into a fandom space on Discord.Sometimes what you don't even know you're looking for ends up right in front of you.

Summary
The new story of Merlin, told by his partners in intertwined destiny : Arthur & Morgana.
Merlin had always been plagued by strange dreams. Dreams that felt so real, they were like living a second life. But he never seemed to quite recall what happened in them. Now that he lives in Camelot, these dreams increase, leaving him with a deep feeling, an instinct even : Time has to be rewritten. And if it isn’t, Merlin will lose everything he cared about.
So Merlin rewrites time with new decisions made out of love, not fear, and therefore changes their previously inevitable tragic path.
(Starts similar to the show then diverges into an alternate reality where things are fixed)
