Summary
The first time Crowley sees the merman, he dismisses him as a trick of the eye, a sparkle on the water, a rainbow vision straight out of a fairy tale.
The second time he sees him, he's convinced for a moment he's a man, an uncommonly beautiful man, bobbing out in the waves.
But the third time, the third time Crowley realizes he's been wrong all along. The creature, whatever-whoever he is, is no Siren, no common folktale. No. He must be an angel.Or: Crowley's crew gets fed up with his bullshit and mutinies on him. Who should come to his rescue but our favorite angel?.
