December 31st
8:19pm PST
A Californian chill passed through the room, drying the damp skin of his naked thighs. Knit sweaters, unwashed button-up shirts, and bootcut denim pants scattered from the closet to the full-length mirror. He stared at his current choice of evening-wear, a turtleneck he neglected to return to Marisol. It made him itchy as all fuck. Eddie peeled off the shirt and tossed to the ground with the other rejects.
LA’s smoggy atmosphere never gave him trouble, but it wasn’t nearly as invigorating as Texan winds. Maybe something in the air awakened the dormant condition that lurked beneath his skin.
Atopic dermatitis. A diagnosis he deemed too lame to tell his friends, too embarrassing to share with his previous lovers, and too annoying when finding a shirt that wouldn’t make him uncomfortable. But his last flareup was over a decade ago. In the back of his mind, he hoped that he wouldn’t have to deal with it ever again.
Maybe it was stress. Athena invited him and the rest of the 118 crew to a New Year’s Eve party at her house. He was looking forward to eating, drinking (non-alcoholic drinks, of course— New Year’s resolution and all that), and being merry with most of his favorite people. But things between him and Buck have been… weird. Well, most of the weird came from Eddie. Buck was probably stewing in a cauldron of bubbling resentment at this very moment.
Damn. His favorite crewneck exposed too much of the patch. It was starting to tingle, too.
For some relief, he retrieved a glass jar from his nightstand. An illustration of a coconut wearing sunglasses relaxing on some nondescript beach comprised the label. The black lid briefly resisted before popping open. Milky, nutty aroma poured upward through his nostrils. It travelled deeper and deeper, striking his limbic system and exploding into a rush of lust.
When he spotted the flare-up in his reflection three weeks ago, a frantic Google search provided a remedy that didn’t require a trip to the pharmacy. In fact, it was something that Buck left behind when he moved out. Eddie kept it just in case Buck needed to stop by and grab it for baking purposes or something. But he quickly found out that coconut oil had other uses.
He dipped two fingers into the clear liquid and worked the substance across the inflamed patch on his collarbone. The calming aroma coupled with the slippery feel sent his head reeling with memories: mutually masturbating with one of his old ballroom buddies right before he was deployed; discreetly rubbing one out in the barracks in hopes that they wouldn’t wake up to him creaming all over his bunk; accidentally cumming to a selfie from his best friend.
The tip of his dick touched the mirror, leaving a snail trail of pre-cum when he pulled away. His fingers were still slick with oil. A few tight strokes made him collapse backward onto his bed. Another pump pulled his foreskin back to catch a glint of light leaking between his blinds. The other hand dipped into the oil and pulled at his balls, but absentmindedly ventured further down. Maybe a finger wouldn’t hurt.
Crisp, harsh ringing from somewhere on the other side of his bedroom pried him back to reality. He thought about tossing his phone into the oven and setting it to broil. Instead, he rose and retrieved his phone from the top of his dresser.
One missed call from Hen. Shit. He forgot that he promised to give Hen and Karen a ride to the party. During their last shift together, Hen mentioned the horrific prices of Lyft on New Year’s Eve. He took it as a sign from above that he should get somewhat serious about drinking less and offered his chauffeur services. He opened his messages app:
Didn’t forget. Traffic’s bad. Be there in a few.
He pulled on his favorite tee and pants (no time for underwear) and grabbed the coconut oil on his way out, just in case another itchy spell overcame his senses.
Before he picked up Hen and Karen, he stopped at a grocery store. Athena’s party was also a potluck and she explicitly told her guests to bring home-cooked dishes. But the litany of anxieties prevented him from making something from scratch. A rotisserie chicken from Off The Food Chain’s hot bar would hack it. Once he returned to his car, he carefully unwrapped the carcass and placed it into a ceramic dish (another one of Buck’s leftovers).
Three more miles down the road and a couple honks later, Karen arrived outside holding a tray wrapped in aluminum foil. After a few minutes of grilling her mother about emergency protocols, Hen appeared with a bottle of champagne in her hand. They climbed into the backseat and guided Eddie’s drive into Baldwin Hills.
“So,” said Hen, gesturing to the white ceramic dish that clanked with every bump in the road. “What’s in the pot?”
“Just some chicken I whipped up” Eddie replied. ”It took… so many hours.”
“It smells delicious,” said Karen.
Hen caught a glimpse of Eddie’s eyes in the rearview mirror. “And familiar… did you happen to get it on sale? I grabbed a couple for the kids and my mom for the night.”
His grip tightened on the wheel. A pained, ugly chuckle stumbled between his lips.
“Your secret’s safe with us,” said Hen. “Watch out!”
Eddie pulled the wheel around to narrowly avoid a car that neglected to obey the traffic light. His hand instinctively protected the phony chicken in the passenger seat. He caught Karen nudge Hen in the mirror. More grilling was headed his way.
Hen cleared her throat and took advantage of their newly developed friendship as partners. “Is everything alright?”
“Yeah,” he replied, relaxing his shoulders and slouching into the driver’s seat in a vain attempt at nonchalance.
He felt Hen’s sight blaze into the back of his head. “Are you sure? You seem a little more tense than usual.”
“Just a little stressed out,” said Eddie. “Lots of people at the party, and I couldn’t find something comfortable to wear.”
“Dressing to impress?” said Karen.
Eddie scoffed. “No, I just— well, things have been a little off between me and a buddy of mine. Just… can’t seem to keep it cool.”
The car fell quiet. But it wasn’t awkward. The extra time he’s had working with Hen gave him more to appreciate. Like now, the silence was more about giving him space than not knowing what to say. He wanted to spill his guts, tell the secret that’s been eating him alive. But he didn’t even know what the secret was. Instead, he turned the corner onto Athena’s block.
The parking situation was a nightmare. He passed another two blocks before he could find a spot. As they approached the house, bright melodies of R&B from yesteryear carried from the backyard. From the lawn, it looked like the house was empty. But when they entered through the front door, he saw a small mob in the backyard. It was converted into a dance floor. He couldn’t help but smile.
After so many months of walling herself up, it was nice to see Athena inviting people into her home. He understood the impulse. Major loss flips a switch that sections you off from everyone you know and love. No matter how stupid it sounds, it’s impossible to imagine that other people would want to be around you.
While Hen and Karen put their coats in a spare bedroom, Eddie stood like a loner at lunchtime. He scanned the mess of folks in search of Buck; he wasn’t there. A small wave of relief washed over his mind at the thought of being spared an awkward interaction for one more night. Then the pang of wonder set in. Where was he? What was he doing? Who was he with?
Athena entered from the backyard with a glass of red wine in her hand. While she hugged Hen and Karen, her eyes zeroed in on the white porcelain coffin Eddie held in his hands.
“Oh, did Mr. Diaz bless us with a home-cooked dish?”
She lifted the lid and glanced inside. A wry smile flashed across her face. She brought in Eddie for a hug.
“I know you didn’t bring that pre-cooked shit into my house,” she whispered. “Leave it in the kitchen.”
Eddie blushed and went off to do as instructed. He stopped just before he crossed the kitchen’s threshold.
“By the way,” he said. “Where’s—”
“Oh, he left earlier. But he’ll be back,” said Athena, gracefully gesticulating with her glass, careful to not spill a drop. “Something about grabbing a date.”
His stomach dropped. Buck never mentioned meeting anyone new. Then again, they hadn’t really spoken for a few weeks. A lot can happen in a few weeks. It’s definitely enough time to have some sort of meet-cute at the gym or whatever and develop a quick romance. Buck would probably march them around the party, giving hugs and sharing embarrassing stories while Eddie melted into the walls like some heartbroken ghost.
The despair warmed up, turning into frustration. Why was he so fixated on talking to Buck, anyway? If he were gay, or bi, or whatever… wouldn’t he find other people attractive?
10:32pm PST
The music leapt forward in time when the DJ spun hits from the early aughts. Eddie stood on the edge of the dance floor and sipped his can of seltzer water. When May took a break from the party, he jumped at the opportunity to explain the significance of ’03 hip-hop. She politely nodded her head at first, but quickly became engrossed when he mentioned Lil’ Kim.
Their conversation was interrupted by Athena, who asked her to grab some more ice from the deep freezer hidden in the garage. Eddie offered to go instead. The air was making him itchy.
He entered the garage to find Ravi sitting on a fold-up chair. A beer bottle hung between his legs. He stared into nothingness with the distant look of someone who needed something, but never figured out what it was. Eddie was absolutely no-one to give advice for something like that, but he figured he’d try and help out anyway.
“Who pissed in your Cheerios this morning?”
Ravi snapped out of his trance and blinked a few times to focus his gaze on Eddie. “What?”
“You look like you’re waiting on death row.”
“And you look like you got bit by a gang of mosquitoes. Is that why you’re scratching at your chest?”
Eddie stopped the compulsion to claw at the flare-up. He’d normally throw his hands up and let Ravi stew in his own misery, but his heartstrings felt an unnatural tug. These past few weeks made him so damn sensitive.
He pulled a chair next to Ravi and sat. “What’s goin’ on, man?”
Ravi took a swig of beer. “I like someone.”
“Oof, that sucks,” replied Eddie. “Are they at the party?”
Ravi languidly nodded.
“Ask ‘em to dance. That’s what the dance floor is for.”
Ravi sighed. “That’s the problem. I was cursed with two left feet and I don’t want to make myself look like a jackass in front of—”
He paused and took another swig.
Back in his ballroom days, Eddie helped with a few workshops. His instructor asked him to show the newbies everything from salsa, to flamenco, to the waltz. It wasn’t something he’d ever want to divulge willingly, but the look on Ravi’s face made his heart melt.
Eddie stood and offered his hand. “May I have this dance?”
Ravi scoffed. “Thanks, but I’ll pass. Your toes don’t deserve to be stepped on.”
“C’mon,” said Eddie. “You’re really gonna pass up a private lesson with an award-winning ballroom dancer?”
It took a few seconds, but Ravi’s eyes widened.
“Don’t tell a soul,” said Eddie.
Ravi grabbed Eddie’s hand and stood. Eddie grabbed his waist and used the ambient bass from outside to guide their movements. Ravi straightened his back and glanced around, probably checking to see if someone had entered the garage unannounced. But they were alone.
When Ravi finally let Eddie take control, his hips softened and moved in a figure-eight. With some direction from Eddie,- “One, two, three, four. That’s it.” -he was bumping and grinding with ease.
A brief fantasy speared through Eddie’s mind. What if Buck entered the garage at this moment? He was a jealous person, for sure. Seeing Eddie with someone else might be enough for him to leave whoever constituted as his date tonight in the dust.
“This is weird,” said Ravi, who had rested a hand on Eddie’s shoulder. “But you’re really good at this. I think I get the idea. I’m gonna ask her to dance. Thanks, man.”
“No problem Buck.”
Eddie froze. Defcon-5 damage control. “Buddy. You’re welcome, buddy.”
Ravi laughed and opened the garage door. “I owe you a burger. Anytime. Just text me.”
Eddie shot Ravi an awkward thumb-up.
The mention of something fatty, greasy, and delicious made his stomach warble. A sudden rush of dizziness reminded him of the meal he skipped earlier. He went to the kitchen to grab a bite from the spread of delicious home-cooked food.
Most of the it was picked over. Bones, crumbs, and cold serving utensils inhabited the cold and empty dishes. The only thing that survived the night was his store-bought rotisserie chicken. At the far end, something golden stuck out from under a serving dish as if someone was hoping to save it for later. He could tell that some sort of sugary glaze was smeared at the tip. Toasted bits of something dotted the surface. It called to him.
Must be good for someone to hide it, he thought. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I stole this for myself.
He pulled the dessert from its hideaway. It looked like a biscotti, but it felt soft. His stomach rumbled again.
Fuck it.
He removed the napkin that wrapped it and took a greedy bite from the end. Orange zest, brown sugar, and something else bloomed in the back of his mouth. The sweet glaze coated the roof of his mouth. More toasted bits lurked inside of the log, giving bursts of nutty flavor with every chew. Coconut? He took another bite. Then another. And another. Before long, his favorite t-shirt was covered in confectionery shrapnel.
When he dusted the residue from his shirt, the bulge in his pants swelled three times its size. He glanced toward the bathroom and saw a long line. It took him no less than fifteen minutes to cum, and he didn’t want to bring any unwanted attention to himself. His car. Inside his car, somewhere under the seat, was the jar of coconut oil. It was late enough. He could definitely climb into the backseat and tug himself to completion, right?
Eddie slinked through the front door and ventured into the night.
Silence pervaded the neighborhood, peppered with the ambient sound of Los Angeles. Eddie stiffly walked to his car, trying to shake his mind of the nasty thoughts that swarmed his mind. It was impossible. His cock was in the driver’s seat now. The only thing he could think about was sliding that greasy goo all over his shaft and jerking himself to oblivion. Maybe he should swear off coconuts instead of alcohol for 2026.
But doing it in his car was a risky move. Not only did he run the risk of staining the upholstery, but he also chanced shooting all over his abdomen. The new year would be rang in with worry that he walked around with a cum stain on his favorite tee. It’d also be terrible to be caught by some wondering passerby with his throbbing cock in his hands. And yet, he was excited.
As he approached his car, a bath of bright lights flooded his vision. The back of his eyeballs stung with discomfort. After a few attempts the car parallel parked across the street. He couldn’t identify the make or model but he didn’t care. There was a jar of warmed up coconut oil crammed under the passenger seat with his name on it. He unlocked the doors.
Just before he could grab the jar and hop in the backseat, Eddie paused. A platter of that delicious dessert appeared on top of the car that had just parked. The car beneath this confection shuddered when its engine died and the driver stepped out. A mess of dark blonde hair made a clean grin stretch across Eddie’s face.
Buckley. Buck. Evan. Those were the mantras Eddie had been vaguely intimating with his mind’s mouth the entire evening. Those hands that delicately gripped the sides of the platter were touched by God. They were capable of creating delicious morsels of happiness that filled his nostrils and delighted his taste buds. But this discovery didn’t surprise him. Buck made Eddie’s heart glow with rapture.
Buck walked toward him, balancing the platter of dessert with one hand and a plastic container in the other. Eddie shot up a hand to greet his best friend. But Buck kept walking. A chill was left in his wake. Shit.
“Hey,” called Eddie. “Is everything alright?”
Buck stopped in his tracks. He turned on his heel and marched to Eddie, who was firmly planted next to his car. Another serious grill session was coming.
“You tell me,” said Buck. “I haven’t heard from you in weeks, you don’t return my phone calls or my texts, you cancelled on my Christmas party with no notice, and you’re gonna ask me if everything’s alright?”
“Where’s your date?”
“What’re you talking about?”
“Athena said you left to pick up a date? Where is he?”
Buck’s face scrunched up the way it does when he surveys damage during a call; as though Eddie were a walking, talking, seven-car pileup. Those chilly blue eyes darted up and down. His lips mushed against each other like a fish plucked out of its habitat. Then, they relaxed into something else. A smile?
“Dates,” he said. Like the fruit. I made a side thing of glazed dates for after new year.”
Eddie sighed. “Oh. I see.”
“Did you just get here?”
“No, I gave Hen and Karen a ride,” replied Eddie. “I was just grabbing something from my car… wanna go for a cruise? We can catch up.”
“Yeah,” answered Buck. “I’m just gonna drop this off inside.”
11:15pm PST
Silence fell between them while Eddie drove down Sunset Boulevard. They passed over-priced bars that distended with wasted partygoers. The breeze felt nice. Someone had to speak first, but Eddie was terrified that he said something too revealing.
Every now and then he stole a glance at Buck, who fixed his gaze on the road. The scenario played in Eddie’s mind once again: tell Buck what happened, Buck questions every interaction they had, demands to be dropped off somewhere, and they spend the rest of their professional lives in the suffocating grey area of former friends but current colleagues. Maybe he should just move back to Texas.
A concussion of bass rattled against his leg. His head jerked from his hand, which had carefully rested atop his thumb and index finger. The wheel threatened to wiggle out of his grasp. He looked over at Buck, who tried to kill the awkward silence with music.
“Sorry,” said Buck, turning the volume down to a low roar. “But the quiet was starting to make my chest tight. Eddie, you gotta talk to me. Why’d you even invite me to go for a ride-along if you were just gonna… gonna brood?!”
Eddie tightened his lips and turned a corner.
“I’m sorry,” he said, finally. “I’m sorry for not coming to your holiday party. I’m sorry for ignoring you the past few weeks. I’m sorry for letting so much go unsaid. I’m sorry for jerking off to pictures of you—”
The wheels rumbled as they veered onto the highway’s shoulder. Eddie guided the car back onto the road and tightened his grip on the wheel. Those words were utterly irretrievable. If he weren’t piloting fifteen-hundred tons of steel, he’d close his eyes in fear of what would come next.
Buck stammered. “Uhh, okay. That’s not…” He smirked. “That’s not very platonic. Take the next exit.”
“I can explain” said Eddie. “Kinda. I just— I just started using this new lube and a few weeks ago I was in the middle of a… session. And I was almost… there when you sent me a selfie from that CrossFit trial you’ve been talking about. Then it just happened.”
“Okay,” said Buck. “It’s not that weird. Accidents happen. Take a right here.”
“Yeah,” said Eddie. “But I started to associate you with the lube, and after a few nights I wouldn’t be able to cum without scrolling your Instagram page.”
Eddie expected the road to split open and swallowed them whole. He couldn’t bear to steal another look at Buck and confront the look of disappointment on his face. Buck was probably giving him some shortcut to his house. Once he was dropped off, their friendship would be finished. But his confession has concluded. His chest felt a little lighter.
“Take a right here,” said Buck. Another excruciating minute of silence. “I can’t say I haven’t jerked off to your Instagram feed every now and then when the time permits…”
Eddie glanced over and saw Buck staring back at him with half-open eyelids. The streetlights flickered on his face as they passed above.
Eddie nervously laughed. “That supposed to be a riddle?”
Buck straightened his back and cleared his throat. “Eddie, we’ve been friends for awhile. We’ve seen each other through some really shitty times, for sure. But my life would be a little emptier without you in it. You’ve changed me.”
“You’ve changed me, too.”
“And I’d never want to do or say anything to mess that up,” Buck continued. “But… yeah, I jerk off to you a lot. Can’t believe you do, too. Hey, are you okay?”
Eddie kept his eyes on the road. “Yeah, this just isn’t the response I was expecting.”
“No,” said Buck. “You’ve been itching your chest for the past ten minutes.”
Damn. As if he were on autopilot, Eddie’s hand had dove under the collar of his t-shirt to absentmindedly itch that patch of skin. Embarrassment wasn’t new between them. Eddie had spent plenty of hungover mornings puking his brains out with Buck banging on the door to relieve his own nausea. He’d even casually joke about Buck’s horrible drooling habit while he snored. All of that was… less than sexy, but he wanted to keep his skin condition under wraps.
Eddie removed his hand from his shirt and placed it on his lap. “It’s just a… No biggie.”
“Do you have something like medicine for it? Is it serious?”
“No, Buck its eczema. I keep a jar of coconut oil to relieve the inflammation. I’m trying to do something holistic.”
“Where is it?”
Eddie gestured to the space underneath the passenger seat. Buck rummaged around, but couldn’t find the jar.
“Try the backseat,” said Eddie.
When Buck reached around, Eddie got a whiff of something crisp with a hint of citrus. Beneath that layer of perfectly selected cologne lurked something slightly powdery with a hint of earth; musk, pit sweat, and slightly less than stellar breath. Eddie’s cock swelled and ached against his jeans.
“There’s no need to be embarrassed,” said Buck, returning to the passenger seat with the jar in hand. “These things happen.”
He twisted the top and dipped two fingers the clear liquid without a moment’s hesitation. “Okay,” he said. “Where to I put it?”
Eddie should have told him to put the stuff away so they could go home and go their separate ways, should have reminded him of the danger of distracted drivers. But that aroma filled his nostrils and activated that Pavlovian response like a hex. He pulled his shirt down to expose his collar bone.
Smooth fingers caressed the dry patch of skin. They massaged deeper with a gentle care that could only come from his favorite paramedic. He could feel those eyes on him while he drove. The fingers slowly moved down his chest, momentarily gripping the meat to let them slide across the hairs just above his nipple. Suddenly, he pulled his hand back.
“Wait,” he said. “That’s my shirt, isn’t it? Whatever, pull over here.”
Eddie slowed the car down and stopped on the road’s shoulder.
“This place is dead around this time of night,” said Buck. “Don’t ask me how I know.”
A streetlight across the street flickered a bit and brought out a deep, barely perceptible hint of green in Buck’s eyes. It lured him closer. Slippery fingers slid over his nipple with firm pressure from the grip on his chest. Closer, those full lips parted to give Buck’s face a look he had imagined a thousand times over. The eyes closed when he got close enough to feel Buck’s breath on his chin. The music blended into the background like smeared noise.
Their lips touched, gently at first. He felt them tremble, which caused him to lessen his pressure. Then the mouth opened wider to take him in. Buck’s tongue felt foreign, yet familiar. It eagerly dove inside his mouth in search of some long-awaited sentence that went unsaid for years. Teeth clashed, followed by soft laughter.
Another kiss, this time more intense. Smacking sounds ricocheted from the truck’s windows. Despite the middle console that pushed against their ribs, the rest of their bodies pressed against each other. Moans passed between breaths. The fingers found his nipple again and twisted, sending shocks through his torso. He sucked on Buck’s bottom lip and gave a gentle nibble, which caused Buck to press his body against his own more firmly.
Buck pulled away. “Is this okay? I don’t wanna rush—”
“Can I fuck you?”
“Yes, please.”
The hand left his shirt and disappeared somewhere under the steering wheel. Eddie nibbled on Buck’s earlobe and kissed down his neck, and moving toward the tendon that connected it to his shoulder. His own hand dove beneath Buck’s shirt from behind and caressed up and down that muscular back. Whispers of encouragement fell into his ear from above. “Take me. Right now.”
Balmy wind that filtered from the cracked window across the shaft of his dick. He giggled into Buck’s neck while he quietly admired the practiced sleight of hand. The hand was still slightly slicked with the coconut oil, but Buck used the precum leaking from his dick to finish the job. Once it was slick enough, he stroked. Eddie moaned in pleasure.
His hand left Buck’s shirt and dove under his jeans. Cotton briefs tightly pulled across those toned cheeks, which flexed frequently while Buck gyrated his hips as though in heat. He pulled the elastic band back enough to smack when he let go. Buck yelped and laughed. They shared another kiss.
“Can I blow you, first?”
Eddie nodded. Buck dove down and got to work. Wet warmth enveloped his dick. He moaned, while it got harder with each gulp. He was a little shocked by how well Buck was able to take it so far down his throat. He palmed the rest that wouldn’t physically fit with his hand to jerk along with his head as it bobbed. Buck tried to get at his balls, but his pants were in the way.
Eddie lifted his ass and pulled his pants down to the middle of his thighs. Buck slobbered on his nuts while jerking his dick. Eddie saw the dimples in Buck’s back that teased his ass. Eddie pushed his hand into those pants again and quickly found the pulsing hole. Buck moaned while he pushed further and massaged the opening.
Buck pulled his head from Eddie’s lap. “Gotta get me ready, first.”
He grabbed Eddie’s arm and pulled his hand to his mouth. He held eye contact while he licked and sucked on Eddie’s finger. It left his mouth with an obscene pop, and he encouraged it back into his pants. Eddie massaged the hole again and, this time, pressed deeper inside. It felt velvety, warm, and smooth. Buck moaned as Eddie pushed and pulled his finger in and out.
Buck garbled words of encouragement while he swirled his tongue around the tip of his cock.
Suddenly, Eddie’s seat leaned back. Buck had somehow pulled the lever. Buck pulled his pants further down and straddled over Eddie’s hips. The tip pressed against the wet hole and, with confidence, Buck sat back and let Eddie inside.
Engulfed in Buck’s warmth, Eddie’s breath trembled. His hips gently bucked upward and felt the walls submit and let him further inside. Highbeams reflected from the rearview mirror. Eddie pulled him closer.
“Car’s coming. Don’t move.”
Buck stayed still, but Eddie couldn’t resist slowly pumping in and out. Laughter tickled his ear. The car filled with bright light as another drove past. One they knew it was gone, Buck leaned up and sat back.
The car shook as Buck took control and picked up the pace. Eddie adored the flushed, yet reddy expression. Buck’s cock slapped against his stomach with every bob. It was hard, and precum pooled in his bellybutton.
Buck pressed further down and wriggled his hips. “Eddie, that’s the spot— there. Fuck me.”
Eddie grabbed Buck’s thighs and drilled away. Loud moans pierced his ears. Pressure build up at the base of his cock. His balls tingled. The urge to speak the words that languished in his mind for years overwhelmed him.
“Buck,” said Eddie.
“I love you too,” said Buck. White fluid spurt from his dick and splattered across Eddie’s face.
Eddie felt his own spend empty into Buck. A dribble leaked out and caught on his ballsack.
They stood still, both panting from the intensity. The car stank of coconut and pancake batter.
Eddie licked his lips. He’d never tasted cum before. His finger dabbed at the tip of Buck’s sensitive dick. Saliva collected behind his bottom lip. He wanted more.
Eddie lifted Buck by his cheeks and craned his neck to suck the cock that still twitched from overstimulation.
“Wait,” said Buck, gently pawing at the back of Eddie’s head. “It’s too much… keep going. I’m gonna cum again.”
Hot liquid coated Eddie’s mouth and slid to the back of his throat. He gulped. And gulped.
Buck fell back into the passenger seat. Eddie’s naked thighs were coated with the essence of sex. They sat in silence. This time, it was the most comforting quiet Eddie’s ever known.
A boom echoed from the distance. He shot upward, ready to fight whatever had come to threaten someone he loved.
“It’s okay,” said Buck, squeezing Eddie’s fist. “Happy New Year.”
Eddie laughed. “Happy New Year, Buck.”
