Five years.
It was time enough for Vergil to make amends to Nero. It was time enough to know Dante again. It was time enough to reacquaint himself with the Human world and all the wonders within it.
Now he has done his penance.
Now it was time to reap his reward.
His kingdom. His throne. And his Queen.
He would construct it like one of his favorite books.
With his palace in the center. With order. With hierarchy.
And now– Beatrice would be by his side.
