He still can't believe he was wearing a shirt which was given by Stark, with 'Ironman is the best' embroidered on center. He looked at his side to see Clark who was wondering whether he looked funny or stupid with the pink shirt he was wearing. He was saved by Steve as he lend his shirt to Clark, while Bruce had to wear the what he was wearing. He still can't understand why he had put up with this, but the room reminded him how he and Clark was stuck in another dimension where there was no Justice League and there was another Group of heroes who called themselves ' AVENGERS ' who are guarding this world(?) And they don't know how to return to their earth. As they were friendly, atleast Steve was friendly enough to believe them to let them in the AVENGERS Tower.
Steve :"You can stay here as long as you want, until we find a way to send you guys Home. Let me introduce myself, I am Steve Rogers."
Steve nudged Tony to speak up, Tony sighed and started to talk with full energy as usual.
Tony:" I am Tony Stark. Billionaire, genius, playboy, and Phil and most importantly IronMan. The one with Hammer is Thor, God of THUNDER, hmm something like that- "
Thor:" I am Son OF ODIN -"
Tony:" Yeah. Yeah, something like that. The big green guy is HULK, aka Bruce Banner when he is not Hulk or when he is Human and not angry -"
Hulk:" Hulk is always Angry "
Tony:" Yes, we can see that. The one with the bow and arrow- "
Clint:" and with charm"
Tony:" *sighs* and with annoyance is Clint Barton aka Hawkeye. The one with wings is Sam Wilson aka Falcon, he is the youngest here and the only woman in our group, the she devil, Natasha Romanoff, The Black Widow."
Tony introduced all the members of their squad, it literally reminded Clark of his. Each remind him of a member of his squad like Arthur - Thor, Clint- Hal, Sam- Barry, J'onn- Hulk and Diana- Natasha. Oh, how much he wished they were with them too. He wondered how was the situation back there in their earth as they got teleported while fixing the inter dimensions Portal. Will they even recognize their missing? He wondered.
Tony :" And .. you guys are ?"
Before Bruce debated with himself whether to answer or not, Clark stepped up and outed everything.
Clark:" Hello, I am Clark . Clark Kent. It's my human name. My krypton name is Kal- El. I was born and sent from Krypton as it was destroyed to Earth. I was adopted by Martha and Jonathan Kent in Kansas. I am a reporter at Daily Planet in Metropolis and people sometimes when I save them call me 'Superman' Or 'Man of Steel' as I am indestructible? And this is Bruce Wayne , he is also billionaire like you and Also the richest man on our earth. He is from Gotham, his parents, Marth and Thomas Wayne died by gunshot during a robbery when he was a kid. He became a vigilante, a dark knight of Gotham to bring Justice, The Batman. He is my best and special friend, who I can't live without. We also have a team called 'Justice League ' Where we have Diana, a princess, Wonder Woman, Arthur Curry , King of ocean, Aquaman, Hal Jordan, Pilot, Green Lantern, Barry Allen, he works in Star Lab, He is known as Flash, then we have J'onn jonzz from Mars, the last and sole survivor."
Tony:" That.. That was A lot "
Bruce gave his bat glare to Clark for spilling everything off for which Clark apologize immediately and went silent as Clark usually without getting permission would not state other's affairs.
Steve:" It's great to meet you. I hope your team is searching for you, and we'll also try or best and help to send you home. Sorry we had to take your Batman uniform off you, it had many weapons and gadgets which might cause harm..."
Bruce understood Steve was trying to reason out. He understood him very well.
Bruce:" It's okay. I understand. You can have my suit till you trust us to return it back. But I advise you, you can't contain him."
Steve smiled at him softly for understanding their actions. Bruce very much understood it as he has high trust issues. He would have done the same if he was put in such situation. Steve showed them their respective rooms for staying but Bruce insisted of staying together with Clark and how he can share the room with his friend. Steve left the duo alone in their said room.
Clark:" Why did you insist to stay together?"
Bruce:" Clark, it can be a trap. We don't know who they are, or we should trust them. They can hurt us."
Clark:" They don't look like that."
Bruce:" I still can't believe them, they could be acting, we could be in a magical trap up. We must be fully aware of everything. It's better if stick and stay together."
They thought they could get some rest, before finding a way to leave.
Clark:" Well, I'll take the couch and you take the bed."
Bruce:" No, I can't do that. It'll be uncomfortable for you to sleep in the small couch. "
Clark:" Hey, you know I don't require sleep, but you need, so please take the bed."
Bruce thought about it for a while and looked at Clark.
Bruce:" We can share."
Clark was shocked 😲 at what he heard. He have Bruce have never slept together in separate bed in same room let alone same beds. But now Bruce is suggesting to share bed with him. He thought he was dreaming and pinched himself to check the reality. He could only nod for Bruce's suggestion. Clark heart was running miles while lying next to Bruce but Bruce's heart was steady. He was sad as he didn't have the same effect on Bruce like he had on him. Clark couldn't sleep while Bruce slept well as he felt safe having Clark next to him.
On other side of the Tower. Tony looked at Steve who was sketching something in his note.
Tony:" Why did you allow them into the tower?"
Steve:" We can monitor them here and it's for their and our Safety. And I trust them."
Tony:" If anything happens, it's upon you old man."
Steve:" *smiled* I know. You can hit me if anything gone wrong. But do trust me."
He took Tony's hand , softly brought to his lips and gave a tender kiss upon the knuckles. Then he pulled him into his lap. They looked out of the window at the beautiful scenery wondering what was gonna from then.
