Jimin first met Jeon Jungkook by the swings in a crowded playground in Busan.
On that specific day, he was bullied to the ground by the sand box because of his choice of wearing a pink shirt from his wardrobe. A group of his male friends in first grade called him many things, most of which hurt but didn't come close to the pain he felt from that of which was physically inflicted.
Jimin doesn't cry, he barely does. That's one lie.
His father didn't like to see him crying either, calls him a slur for it. His six year old self was crushed to the very core, only wanting an escape from the internalized homophobia he grew up to. Even him being the best at school doesn't appeal to his father, often he gets scolded for not being like other males his age who were out there playing toy cars and skipping their homework.
It was a sunny afternoon, with his knees bruised and his lips split he sees with his own two eyes a slightly taller child than him stomp over and fist his bullies collar like they had just stolen his favorite plushie from him. He wasn't as tall as the other six year old's, but his fierceness compensated most of it.
The doe eyed angel – as Jimin had initially called him was Jeon Jungkook. Two years younger than him with a buzzing personality. He was hard not to look at, even at that age he was already gorgeous. Jimin was battered and bruised, yet the same raven haired offered his hand for him to take and gives him a lollipop in an attempt to cheer him up. The kid even apologizes on behalf of the bullies behavior, promising he'd protect him from that day forward and introduces himself to Jimin like he knew they'd fall in love sooner or later.
Jungkook had to move when he finished grade school, Jimin cried a lot that day as having to face the day without the latter seemed like an impossible deed for him to fulfil. They lost contact after that, Jimin neither had the heart to reach out with his father's growing suspicions about his already obvious sexuality.
"Jimin–Hey! Jimin?" a voice interjected, Jimin looks up in question with his blond hair falling on his forehead. "You okay? Can you continue with the show?"
"Yes–Sorry." Jimin apologized, shaking his head and blinking away his thoughts. "Sorry I fell out of the loop for a moment, Noona."
"It's okay." Seonmi reassured, smiling at him brightly and passing his orange microphone towards him. Jimin accepts it with a smile back. "Don't be too hard on yourself, You can always swap with Seokjin."
"No, God no." Jimin denied, "I'm alright, Noona. I was just lost in thought for a moment." he looks at the empty bar and then back at the crowd who was patiently waiting for him to walk up the stage.
He sees a few familiar faces, catches sight of Hoseok's annoyingly orange hair and Taehyung's obnoxiously colored ocean blue hair and giggles to himself. He feels warmth bloom in his chest knowing his friends were there to support him so he shakes off the ugly feeling curling in his gut.
He shakes his hands and steps up to the stage, smiling wider when he feels the crowd finally react with claps and cheers of their own. Jimin loved his job as a barista, having to perform during Friday's was an additional dream for him since he loved performing equally as well— he was a Performing Arts major after all.
He'd been working in Serendipity for a year and a half now, the staff were more than nice to him and his pay was incredible considering the fact that he's teetering over the edge of insanity in college.
"Hey, you guys." Jimin spoke out in the microphone, setting it on the stand and finding a seat on the stool. He greets the band behind him with a small wave and calls over his song which they nod their heads at enthusiastically.
"Are you guys feeling okay tonight? It's kind of cold since winter is coming." he explained, giggling when he hears his name being yelled in the distance and being complimented by how he looked. "Thank you for that, and thank you to everyone who came tonight."
The crowd applauses, just as the band starts the intro of the song. Jimin runs his his hand through his hair and leans closer to the mic.
"I hope you enjoy this number, It's called I'd lie." he whispered, planting his Wyatt boots on the floor and tugging his skirt down a little. "This is dedicated to someone special to me, So listen well as I tell you this story. Okay?" he finished with a teasing lilt to his tone.
The crowd yells out agreements immediately, Jimin beams at their response and presses his perfectly glossed lips at the edge of his microphone.
He misses the doe eyes staring at him from the corner of the bar where his friends were sitting at, huddled over in a black hoodie which was directly covering his head because he closes his eyes and starts singing.
"I don't think that passenger seat, has ever looked this good to me~"

Seoul was nothing like Jimin had expected it to be.
When he moved out of his home it was anything but peaceful, It was filled with anger and disappointment passed on by curse words and screaming. Jimin liked to think he expected most of his parent's reactions but he doesn't think he could have ever been ready for it.
He moved out of his home back then with 50000 won bill in his wallet and his clothes haphazardly shoved in his broken luggage with zippers that would always pull open, yet he felt the happiest when he stepped out of the confines of those four walls that caged him for how many years of his life.
Jimin thinks he threw away a year of his studies for the sake of leaving but having to start on a clean slate in a city that was new to him was so freeing; Seoul was nothing like Busan.
In Seoul, he felt more relaxed. Less exposed to homophobia as he ended up in an area where he felt so accepted for being gay. It took Jimin a month before he found a stable job that paid enough, even then things weren't so easy for him.
"Jiminie, please bring this tray to table six." Jin ordered out, tapping his merry way on the cashier as the brunet hummed in answer. He picks up the tray of freshly brewed coffee and skates his way towards table number six.
Jimin's smile earned him a tip and his skirt earned him a compliment which he gratefully accepts and teases the costumer's to come on Friday for his scheduled performance where he sings one song of choice.
Serendipity; was a coffee shop located a few blocks away from Seoul National University, it was mostly filled with people who live around the area who were constant costumers.
Jimin didn't even know how he got accepted in as a Barista with his poorly written resume and his odd choice of wearing a black pleated tennis skirt that day but the moment the owner and her Supervisor saw him, The pink haired man who was a towering height and sported broad shoulders told Jimin on the spot that he was hired.
Turns out Serendipity was built for LGBTQ+ inclusivity and were the most famous for breaking stigmas around people of all sexualities, Seokjin– his supervisor, later tells him that his decision to wear a skirt that day was certainly the reason why he was accepted.
"Hyung, I'm clocking out!" Jimin yelled, taking his apron off as he hears Seokjin yells something back in agreement from where he was mopping the floor. The brunet slips to the locker room, picking his bag up and walking out the back of the shop right after tapping his I.D. on the machine that collects their job timing.

A year.
Jimin took a year to adjust to everything, he still lived quite far from where he worked since he didn't have time to look for a new apartment or move but after a year of working in Serendipity he had earned enough to finally enroll and find a place closer to University - He of course applied as a Performing Arts major. Not that he hadn't dreamt of it already.
Jimin dyes his hair blond before he could step foot in campus, he makes an effort on his first day hoping to make a good impression without being too loud. He still ends up wearing a skirt though, more tamed than his other short ones. He wasn't dress coded, SNU in fact didn't give a flying fuck about what their student's were wearing for as long as they were doing well.
The blond meets Taehyung the minute he steps in campus that day, His hair was colored bright pink and there was something with the way he carried himself that causes people's heads to turn. Taehyung was equally as bright as his friend, who's name was Hoseok and was obsessive with his Tangerine hair being brightly colored to. They took one glance at Jimin and then they were all over him.
"Is that Gucci?" the pink haired screamed, peering over to check the belt that closed off on Jimin's waist.
"It's fake." Jimin warned him, earning him loud laughter in return. Hoseok pushes the pink haired away from the blond and pushes his hand forth to offer a handshake.
"Hi, I'm Hoseok! I'm a second year dance major, I am in love with your skirt." the taller gushed, his white heels clicking on the floor loudly when Jimin accepts his hand. "I'm 23!"
"I'm Park Jimin." He introduced, "I'm 22 currently, missed a year so I'm a freshman majoring in performing arts." Jimin bites down on his glossed lips and waits for the judgement to come but it never does.
He earns an excited squeal instead.
"A 95 liner!" the pink haired screamed out, reaching over to hug Jimin. "I'm Kim Taehyung, also a freshman and will you believe me I'm majoring in Performing arts too?"
"Really?" Jimin asked in surprise, brows raising at the information.
"Yeah, I spent my first year regretting I chose business." Taehyung blanched out, "My boyfriend eventually got annoyed with me and pushed me to change majors."
"Yoongi was in fact, unimpressed." Hoseok interjected, linking his arms on Jimin's and tugging him towards the gymnasium while animatedly telling the blond about some of the good things SNU had.
"I'm gay." Jimin blurts out to the both of them as if it wasn't obvious, pursing his lips when the two of them looked at him in shock.
"Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry you feel the need to come out." Hoseok voiced out in worry, furrowing his eyebrows as if he knew Jimin from the back of his hand. "There isn't a need for coming out, darling."
"I-I'm sorry." the blond whispered, tears filling his eyes at the feeling of acceptance. "I–I've never, I haven't–"
"I'm pansexual." Hoseok confessed happy to humor Jimin, fondly reaching over to wipe the tear that drips from the side of the blond's cheek. "I think we'll be very good friends Jimin-ah. Now stop crying, you'll ruin your mascara."
"I'm bi." Taehyung chimed in, throwing his arm over Jimin's shoulder. "And I'd love you to go to lunch with me and my friends later."
"Thank you." Jimin says shakily, "I mean it– I haven't been.. accepted in my family. I just moved to Seoul, this is the first time I've felt like I belonged. No one wanted to punch me for wearing a skirt, and my lip gloss is always praised."
"You have got to tell us where you bought that." Taehyung sighed out, "It's so gorgeous!"
Hoseok doesn't comment on the abuse either, stringing up a conversation about his crush on his professor to which Taehyung started calling out by telling Jimin that the tangerine haired was problematic.
For the first time in a long time, Jimin felt happy.

It took Jimin a year to be able to go to university with a major he loved, and it took him a week to meet the person he still loves.
Jimin concluded to himself, that what he had with Jungkook back in Busan was something easy to forget. He labeled it puppy love, something that would go away pretty easily as they did stop communicating with each other for almost five years in total.
The raven haired left when he was fifteen, and Jimin liked to call it his first heartbreak at seventeen.
He was devastated back then when the raven haired had left, Jimin realized he looked at Jungkook with more interest. More love than friendship, and thus he knew that those doe eyes had permanently drilled themselves to his brain as a fleeting image of a love that couldn't be.
"Do you know what dance piece you'll present this friday?" Taehyung groaned out, his pink hair glistening at the light of the sun as the three of them walked towards the Al fresco dining area behind campus. "I'm jack shit at picking songs, would you suggest something?"
"I was going to do contemporary." Jimin supplied helpfully, adjusting Taehyung's hair clip for him as Hoseok grumbled to his phone. "Maybe Black Swan?"
"God, I'll just ask my boyfriend." the pink haired says exasperatedly, rolling his eyes at Hoseok's screams.
"Why would you tell me this now? I have a friend with me!" Hoseok yelled, ending the phone call abruptly and folding his arms.
"What is it?" Jimin asked, reaching over to rub the Tangerine haired's back in comfort.
"I'm so sorry, Jiminie. Is it alright if we have lunch with a few of my friends?" Hoseok asked gently, "They didn't tell me they were coming around, I'm worried you might get uncomfortable with people you don't know."
"I'm sure I'll be fine." Jimin reassured, "As long as they don't comment on my skirt?"
"Most of them are bisexual, Jiminie. Don't worry." Taehyung says, "If you're talking about Namjoon-hyung?" he asked, staring at Hoseok who nods his head.
"Yoongi should be there too." Hoseok replied with another nod, pinching his temples to relieve the migraine that was coming up. "I'm just mad they did this out of nowhere."
"It's alright, hyungie. I'm down to meet new friends too." Jimin interjected, smiling up at them with his cheeks bunching up cutely.
Hoseok sighs, pinching Jimin's cheek in adoration. "You can get away with a face like that."
They eventually make it to the dining area after a conversation about what blush suited them the most, they arrive there and Hoseok pulls him towards a table filled with three strangers.
The first one that looks up was a mint haired guys, who's eyebrows shoot up at the view of Jimin. "Oh, Hello! New kid?"
"Well, I'm Ji–"
"Baby!" Taehyung squealed happily, jumping over at the mint haired and landing a kiss square on his lips. "Hello, you!"
"Hello, bear." Yoongi chuckled out, stealing another kiss and hugging the pink haired to his chest. "Good day, today?"
"Hm." Taehyung hummed, comfortably settling on the mint haired's lap and pointing at Jimin. "He's the new best friend I told you about!"
"Hi, minie." Yoongi greets, thrusting a hand out for the blond to take. Jimin accepts and smiles at him. "Nice to finally meet you, My boyfriend talks about your similarities non stop."
"You're dead to me Namjoon." Hoseok called out, finding a seat beside a black haired man who had his specs on. "You and your Philosophical quotes are dead to me."
"I'm sorry!" the male wailed out, "I didn't know you guys had a thing today!"
"You're still dead to me." the tangerine haired huffed out, ushering Jimin to the table beside him and introducing him to Namjoon. Jimin bows at him in greeting, raising his hand out for a handshake. "This is the lovely friend I was talking about."
"Your skirt looks nice." Namjoon compliments, his dimple showing as he smiled and Jimin wonders whey Taehyung and Hoseok had such endearing friends.
Yoongi nudges the male beside him who was extremely concentrated on his laptop, his face was covered by the device as he sat in the corner with only his fading blue hair peaking out.
"Hey, Stop that. Greet the new comer." the mint haired reprimanded, Jimin slips closer to him to introduce himself just as the male raises his gaze from the device.
"Hi! I'm Ji–"
Jimin's hand falters to offer his hand shake because the same pair of doe eyes were staring back at him, flashing in recognition as the latter's lips part in shock.
"–min." the blond rasped out, not knowing what to say. The doe eyed latter blinks once and then his brows are raising, one cleanly cut and the other pierced.
The blond watches as the blue haired gulps, eyes trailing down from Jimin's face to the edge of his skirt and the blond could hear his heart threatening to jump out of his chest.
"Earth to Jungkook?" Hoseok sassed, snapping his fingers in front of the blue haired in annoyance. "Hello, introduce yourself please?"
"Jimin." Jungkook croaked out, his voice was deeper than the blond had remembered it to be.
Five years ago, he was taller than the latter.
Today, Jungkook was towering over him when he stood. His hands shakily reaching out to accept the blond's handshake, firmly gripping his fingers with his left arm that was filled with tattoos.
His whole arm sleeve was filled with tattoos.
"Jimin? Park Jimin?" He asked, incessantly trying to wrack his head over and over again of his childhood bestfriend standing right in front of him with his lips glossed red and his skirt framing the small of his waist.
"J-Jungkook." Jimin replied in recognition, his whole body shriveling up when the boy pulls him in a tight hug. The blond splays his arms on the latter's back, his heart stuttering at the firm muscles that come in contact with his palm.
"Oh my God, Jimin." Jungkook whispered, "I can't believe you're here. Am I dreaming?"
"Ehem." Taehyung interjected, peeling Jungkook away from the blond protectively. "No hogging my best friend."
"You two know each other?" Hoseok asked, pulling Jimin's wrist so the latter could sit down beside him and Jungkook as he demanded Namjoon to switch seats.
"Well, uhm." Jimin began, clearing his throat. "We're childhood best friend's. Back in Busan."
"Man, Jungkook's reputation of being cold hearted was so good from this point." Yoongi joked out, calling a waiter to order food. "This is the most responsive I've seen him become."
"When did you move?" Jungkook asked, slamming his laptop close and quickly shoving it back in his bag. He turns to Jimin, with all his attention on the blond. "How are you? Are you doing okay? How's Seoul been treating you so far?"
"I'm– Well." The blond clears his throat, breaking eye contact and ignoring the way his stomach fills up with butterflies by Jungkook's obvious interest in him. "I've been okay. I moved a year ago, saved up enough to go to University." Jimin explained, tugging his skirt down and refusing to make eye contact with Jungkook.
"What's your major?" Namjoon asked kindly, leaning over the circle table to look at Jimin.
"Performing Arts." the blond says, "Me and Taehyung are block mates."
"I'm a Music Major, Third year." Yoongi says, smiling and waving his hands dismissively at the waitress who asks him if he needs anything else. "Namjoon is a Graduating Philosophy major."
Jimin nods to let them know he was paying attention, wringing his hands together and biting his bottom lip with the unfamiliar warmth Jungkook was providing him.
"I'm a photography major, second year." Jungkook says, voice hushed as if he was only talking to Jimin. "I think you expected that."
"You stole my polaroid camera any chance you got." Jimin laughed out, earning a big smile from the latter. "So don't blame me when I say I did expect that."
"Not to be over dramatic, but this is the first time I'm seeing Jungkook smile." Taehyung accused, picking his nails in thought.
"He's not called cold-hearted for nothing." Namjoon added, snickering when the blue haired throws his tissue on him.
"How about your parents? You said you moved." Jungkook asked, absentmindedly reaching over to ruffle Jimin's hair on reflex.
Jimin scrunches his face up at the gesture, slapping the hand away in annoyance.
"Don't mess with my hair!"
"You like it messy." Jungkook teased, the same response he gave Jimin when they were teenagers hiding at the back of the school yard at recess.
"I cut off all ties with my parents." Jimin voiced out softly, sighing and pinching the bridge of his nose in stress. "My father beat the living shit out of me before I moved out, but I'm so glad I did anyway. I think maybe he's just uncomfortable–"
"You were six, Jimin." Jungkook replied sternly, "You were six when he first raised his hand on you and you can't say it's just because he's uncomfortable."
"Minie-yah, your sexuality shouldn't be the cause of your harm." Hoseok says solemnly, reaching over to rub Jimin's back gently. "No matter what excuse your father gives, He was in the wrong."
"I agree with them, Mimi." Taehyung comforted, smiling encouragingly at the blond. "I'm so proud of you for deciding to leave, I mean look at you and your perfect colored lip gloss! You look the best when you're comfortable and confident!"
"When I think of Jimin, I'll remember him with his skirt." Namjoon declared, earning laughter from their table as the food arrives. For a very long time, Jimin had never felt this relaxed in a table full of people he barely knew.
"This is my treat." Yoongi says, tapping the table once. "So Jimin has a good impression of me."
"Show off." Taehyung snorted, turning to Jimin and grinning at him. "Everyone likes you, Minie. Even Jungkookie, I'm afraid Hoseok has officially reached the end of his throne of being a social butterfly."
The waitress comes with the drinks placed on his tray, sliding it on the table and then placing a vase of flowers on the middle of the table. Jimin jerks backwards when he sees it, the pollen quickly getting stuck in his nose when he took a sharp inhale.
"Gguk–" Jimin gasped out in panic, scrambling to find purchase on the edge of the table.
"Shit." Jungkook cursed, grabbing the vase and running towards the waiter. He tells him as calmly as he could to discard it because someone was allergic at their table, keeping his temper at bay and running back to the blond swiftly.
"Jimin? Jimin!" Jungkook called out, trying to see if his best friend was lucid enough to respond. The blond shakes his head, gesturing to his wind pipe as his face flushed in an effort to clear his air way.
"Where is it?" he asked, frantically grabbing the blond's hand bag to look for the tiny inhaler.
The group watches in terror as Jimin tries to catch his breath and point somewhere in his bag, sighing in relief when Jungkook picks up his inhaler and presses it against his lips.
"Two, baby." Jungkook informed, the pet name slipping as Jimin nods his head fervently. The blue haired presses the inhaler once, Jimin inhales as best as he could with his eyes blurred with tears. "Good job, love. Again."
"Another, baby. Yeah?" the blue haired encouraged, pressing the inhaler again. The blond inhales then exhales, his asthma calming down with the medicine.
"He has Asthmatic attacks due to his allergies." Jungkook tells the group, capping the medicine back and shooting it into the bag and sparing the guys a look. "Flowers trigger it a lot. I guess that never changed."
"Sorry, You guys." Jimin sighed out, breathing finally even. "I might have shocked you."
"Nothing we can handle." Namjoon says dismissively, "Besides Jungkook already knew what to do. If he wasn't here we would've been panicking so hard."
Jungkook chuckled nervously, scratching the back of his neck when Yoongi sends him a "You're going to talk later" look.
"Baby? Baby!" Hoseok yelled out suddenly, Taehyung slaps a hand over his mouth and laughs awkwardly trying to shush the tangerine haired boy so he wouldn't make a scene.
Jimin purses his lips and ignores the way Jungkook drapes his hand over the back of his chair possessively.
His heart couldn't handle it yet.

Allowing Jungkook back in his life was like the easiest thing he's ever done.
Jimin prides himself for a lot of his achievements, but he especially has his shoulders high for deciding to let the doe eyed angel back in his life in Seoul.
Jungkook was a dream come true, but Jimin hadn't really done much about his clearly present feelings for the younger boy. The blue haired was just so damn easy to fall in love with, he isn't making it any easier on Jimin because he's always there.
It took Jimin another month to find an apartment closer to SNU and his job at Serendipity, his schedules almost lining up perfectly as his shifts at the shop was from 3pm to 11pm and his class started from 8am to 2pm so he didn't have to worry much about clashing time frames.
Jimin stumbles lightly, cursing at his boots as the heels slipped on the misshapen concrete of his porch. He huffed, pulling his last box of stuff tighter as he walked towards the closed door.
He tries pushing the key in but fails, blowing his blond hair out of his face in frustration.
Jimin places the box down and slides his key in, unlocking the door with a soft grunt of success.
"Jimin?"
"Oh fuck!" Jimin screamed, stepping back at the sound of Jungkook's voice and missing the front step. He closes his eyes and waits for him to fall on his butt by the concrete but he's met with strong hands catching his weight instead.
"We have to do something about your heels." Jungkook scolded, his hair unruly and his skin glistening under the gleam of the street light. He was shirtless.
"Jung–Jungkook?!" Jimin yelled in surprise, his body being pushed back into a standing position as his best friend waves at him.
"Hello. I was on my evening jog and I saw you." Jungkook explained, gesturing to his apple watch which showed him how many steps he'd taken. "What are you doing here?"
Jimin gulps, throat suddenly dried out from the shirtless Greek God standing in front of him. Willing himself to look away from Jungkook's chest– because; Christ, his nipples were pierced. Damn it.
"I uhm, well." Jimin gestures at the box and then back to the apartment. "I'm moving here. I bought the apartment."
"No way!" the blue haired exclaimed in shock, pointing at the similar apartment in front of Jimin's own. "I live there!"
Jimin's eyes widened, staring at the lit porch and his gaze zero-ing on the black Ferrari parked on the garage.
"I'm a tattoo artist." Jungkook supplied with a smile, "I work two times a week and go for classes two times."
"That's.." Jimin paused, "That's amazing, bun!"
"Thank you, hyung. That means a lot to me coming from you." the taller supplied with a boyish grin painting his lips, the lip ring pushing on the plush skin tightly.
Jimin hates that he wants to kiss Jungkook silly.
"Do you need help settling in?" the younger asked, glancing at his watch. "I'll come over to help after I shower, Is that okay?"
"Oh, well." Jimin looks at his apartment and then back at Jungkook. He couldn't say no. "Okay, sure. Just ring the doorbell when you're done."

"Have you thought about your project yet?" Jimin asked gently, settling beside Jungkook on his couch and placing the second cup of Ram-Yeon on the table.
"Ah, hyung. Please don't remind me." Jungkook complained, grabbing his chopsticks to mix the ramyeon in. "I feel like I'm so behind with the concept."
"What is the concept exactly? Maybe I could help." the blond suggested, reaching for the unmixed ramyeon cup but Jungkook gives him the one he was mixing instead.
"Have mine, hyung. I mixed it for you." Jungkook said, placing the cup on Jimin's hand and grabbing the other one to do the same thing.
The blond prays that Jungkook can't see his blush.
"The concept, what was it.. hm. Love?" Jungkook says, effortlessly swirling his chopsticks on his cup and lifting some noodles up to blow on them. "They wanted us to portray love through a photograph."
"Isn't that quite easy?" Jimin teased, feeding himself a dollop of noodles.
"I don't know, hyung." Jungkook confessed, "I don't know what love is, I feel like I won't ever fall in love."
Jimin ignores the way it hurts him, opting to laugh instead. "You're ridiculous, Jungkookie. You're human, we're all capable of love."
"I swear I won't fall in love." Jungkook says with a sigh, running his hand through his hair with his lips pursed. "I've tried dating. Nothing ever worked, Maybe my mom was right when she said I won't know what love feels like." he finished, tonguing his lip ring in deep thought.
"Your mom was emotionally abusive when your father cheated on her." Jimin reiterated with a hint of reprimanding in his voice, "What she says isn't true, If you don't believe it then at least believe me."
"How about you, hyung?" Jungkook says, pausing his ministrations and staring at his best friend. "Have you ever fallen in love?"
With you, Jimin wanted to say.
"I have." Jimin replied hesitantly, voice light and airy to the ear. "Once or twice."
"How does it feel?" the blue haired asked, picking at the kimchi on the table.
"Like it's consuming me whole."

"So minie-yah, Have you thought about Taemin's offer?" Taehyung asked, his hair dyed bright ocean blue. "He was straightforward from the get-go."
"I don't know." Jimin sighed out, playing with the straw of his drink as Hoseok stalks the boy's Instagram account beside him. As Taehyung had decided to dye his hair blue, Jimin decided to dye his silver just because he felt like it.
"He's hot, mimi." the tangerine haired boy says, showing the most recent photo of the latter in question. "I'm doubting his intentions though."
"Yoongi-baby. What do you think?" Taehyung says, grabbing Hoseok's phone and showing it to the three males who had just arrived at their table.
Namjoon greets them with a wave, and Jungkook with a curt nod of his head as he reaches over the table to find purchase on Jimin's hair to ruffle it. Jimin squints at his bestfriend and puffs his cheeks in frustration.
"I said don't mess with my hair!"
"You like it messy." Jungkook says, tone bright and cheerful as he pulls Hoseok out of his seat beside Jimin to settle down right next to him. "How was your Acting class?"
"Nothing out of the ordinary." Jimin replied, swirling his straw on his drink.
"You know it's Jimin when he thinks someone asking him out is ordinary." Taehyung teased, returning the phone to Hoseok when Yoongi gives Taemin's picture a noncommittal shrug. "Yoongi doesn't approve."
"Taemin's a dance major!" Hoseok says with a exasperated yell, "And he's hot! And he just asked Jimin out!"
"Excuse me–" Jimin cuts in, raising his brow at the group. "I was the one who got asked out, not you guys! Don't decide for me!"
"What do you think about him Namjoon? Jungkook?" Hoseok asked, showing the two males his phone with Taemin's Instagram photo on. "How is he?"
"He's okay." Namjoon says, "He looks very intimidating though."
"And you, Jungkook?" the tangerine haired urged, showing his phone to the blue haired who takes a single glance on it and pushes his tongue against his cheek.
"Looks like he'll faint if I blow on him." Jungkook grunts, slouching on his chair when Hoseok lets out a sound of disapproval. "Jimin-hyung likes muscle."
"I do not!" Jimin denied, slapping Jungkook on his shoulder.
"Besides, I'm not sure about his intentions." the blue haired continued, "Who knows if he just wants to get laid? Jimin-hyung doesn't do one night stands."
"You're taking words out of my mouth." the silver-haired grumbled, sipping on his drink in thought. "I don't know, should I accept the date?"
"I mean, It won't hurt to try." Taehyung suggests, yelping when Yoongi shoulders him roughly. "Ow, Baby!"
"Jungkook has a point though." Namjoon says, tapping his chin in thought. "Lot's of people approach me asking for your name and number, they talk non stop about your skirts."
"His skirt's shouldn't let people think about their dick." Jungkook argued, "They should think about dating first before popping a boner."
"You're being ridiculous right now." Hoseok sighed out, ignoring his friends in favor of taking a spoonful of the seafood fried rice. "We don't even know the guy, dating is literally the getting to know each other phase."
"Yeah, right." Jungkook says with a scoff, scooping rice on his plate. He carefully picks out the green peas to the side of his plate. "Or it could go very bad and he'd scare Jiminie-hyung away."
"Why are you removing those?" Namjoon accused, pointing at the peas which Jungkook slides on Jimin's plate and switches with his own. "That's part of the fried rice!"
"Jimin-hyung doesn't like peas." the blue haired stated, making no room for argument as he scoops up rice onto his plate filled with peas. "I won't approve with the date unless Jimin says he wants to go."
Taehyung nudges Hoseok, giving him the best look that could portray his thoughts and the tangerine haired nods in understanding. Jimin seemed lost in thought though, thanking Jungkook for his plate and shoving a spoonful of rice in his mouth.
"It's a date, Jungkook." Hoseok contested, his intentions now directed to squeeze more info out of the Photography major who seemed to be against the date intently. "It's not like they'll immediately fuck. They'll probably talk about stuff to get to know each other."
The tangerine haired boy sends a look of S.O.S. to Taehyung for something to add, the blue haired picks the signal and adds to the conversation immediately.
"Yeah, like what's your favorite song or something." he says, Jimin swallows his food and picks his drink up to help the food go down.
"Yellow." he says after swallowing, "Amongst many other songs."
"Huh?" Yoongi asked in question, looking at Jimin as if he'd grown another head.
"Oh, I thought you were asking what Jungkookie's favorite song was." Jimin exclaimed, brows raising. "I said Coldplay's Yellow, were we talking about a different thing?"
"You two are hopeless." Hoseok yelled out in disbelief, raising both his hands and slamming them back down on the table. "Hopeless!"

"And I could tell you, His favorite color's green~" Jimin smiles, lifting his hand for emphasis to show his green painted nails to which the crowd hollers at. "He likes to argue, born on the seventeenth~"
Taehyung shoots Jungkook a look, the latter who had previously been curled at the back of his seat was now leaning forward with his eyes wide.
"What the hell?" Jungkook hissed out, giving his best friend's a look of betrayal as they seemed to know a lot more about this than he did.
It was already weird that they asked him out of nowhere to visit Serendipity on a Friday night when they new he had work, even weirder that he just now found out that Jimin was working in the coffee shop he's been ignoring for a whole year now.
"Do you think he's finally getting it?" Hoseok whisper yelled to the Taehyung who slaps his shoulder and hushes him.
"His sister's beautiful, He has his father's eyes, and if you ask me if I love him..." Jimin paused, pulling the microphone out of it's stand and passing it to the crowd which sung the next line easily.
"I'd lie~" The blond smiles wider at their response.

"Oh my God!" Taehyung squealed, grabbing Jimin by the wrist and tugging him inside the venue for Hoseok's birthday. "I was going to scold you for being late but those hot as fuck fishnets, Mimi! You'll outshine the birthday boy!"
"I doubt Hoseok's shine can be outshined." Jimin joked, smacking his pink colored glossy lips together and allowing himself to get dragged in. "What's happening now?"
"Hoseok just did his speech so now it's just free space." Taehyung says, pushing through a crowd of people so Jimin could reach over the Tangerine haired who was chatting with a group of people near the wine glass pyramid set up. "Seokie! Mimi's here!"
Hoseok whips his head back, glitter shadow gleaming underneath the places lights as he squealed in delight. He runs to meet Jimin half way, hugging him tightly and lifting one both of his fur covered gold heels.
"Mimi!"
"Happy birthday, love." Jimin breathed out, hugging the latter back just as tight and giggling as they separate. He lifts the shopping bag he was holding and passed it to Hoseok with a proud grin. "here you go!"
"The lingerie set?!" Hoseok yelled out, almost jumping in glee as he hugged his gift to his chest. "Thank you so much, Jiminie. Oh my God, Thank you! And you too Taetae, come here!"
They all giggle, jumping into the hug and twirling around and bumps the three of their heads together.
"Alright, Power puff girls." Yoongi chuckled out, removing his boyfriend from the group hug and smiling at the two of them. "I have to borrow my boyfriend for a dance, is that alright?"
"Mimi, Have you seen Jungkook?" Hoseok asked, looking around the crowd. "He arrived here during my speech so he should be around, I don't know if you saw him."
"I came from work." Jimin says with a guilty smile, "I wasn't able to see him. Hyung, do you have cannabis?"
Hoseok raises his brows at the question, staring at Jimin with wide eyes. "I thought you had Asthma, honey?"
"I do, Cannabis has been recommended to me by my doctor." Jimin says, "My asthma was self acquired, his treatment included me having Cannabis once a year since they act as bronchodilators. It helps my attacks grow less."
"I did not understand a word you said." Hoseok confessed, shouting through the music and laughing. "There's Cannabis near the bar area! Go!"
"Thank you, seokie! Happy birthday!" Jimin yelled back as the music contested their voice volume and conversation.
The silver haired turns his back on his best friend when a new guest sidles up against Hoseok, he pushes through the crowd and prays he doesn't trip on anything. His steels himself when he sees a familiar back shown to him, it was Jungkook. He was wearing a simple striped blue button down tucked neatly in a pair of black jeans and his hair was no longer a faded blue color, but back to raven.
Jimin beams, starting to make his way towards the latter to say hello and halting when he sees that in front of the latter was a gorgeous woman in a red dress. She was obviously flirting with him, as the way she touched him was anything but friendly.
Despite that, Jimin could read Jungkook's body reactions. Judging by the way the latter was stiff and trying to push the stranger back it was clear to him that Jungkook was uncomfortable.
The silver haired hates that he still feels the familiar pang of jealousy that rolls in his heart, he takes a step back and then another. And then he's already walking away, maneuvering through the crowd and finding his way to the bar. He sees rolled Cannabis along side other types of Cigarettes lined up near the counter, he picks two sticks up and then moves to the ice bucket to grab the unopened liter of pure vodka.
"You're having that alone?" Namjoon interjected, smiling at him as Jimin nods his head. He wills his tears away momentarily.
"Sorry, Joonie. I'm kind of drained from work so I just want to enjoy my night." the silver haired confessed, "I'll see you around."
Then Jimin's leaving, he's slipping through the back of the venues exit and sees a half empty parking lot. He scrunches his nose up at the couple making out at the hood of their car making sex noises, and opts to walk further down the empty space instead.
He sees a small elevated sidewalk near the main road and plops down with his back to the party. Jimin sighs, rolling his shoulders back from the way it was slouched and pulls open the vodka with his bare hands.
He lifts the bottle up to his lips and takes one big gulp of the liquor, wincing at the taste but enjoying the burn nevertheless.
"Ah fuck." Jimin groaned out, placing the bottle on the sidewalk and staring at the two sticks of rolled cannabis on his palm. "Why wouldn't I bring a lighter? So stupid."
He grumbled, picking himself up from the floor and turning back to the party with the vodka bottle held in his free hand. Jimin walks up to the exit he had came from, he sees a man holding a stick of cannabis and sighs in relief. The silver-haired walks forward and taps the stranger's shoulder realizing from that close then that he was staring right at his rejected suitor; Taemin.
"Jimin?" the brunet asked in surprise, "Hey! I never thought I'd see you here."
"Taemin." Jimin winces, "I-uh. I'm very sorry for rejecting your date offer." he begun but is immediately hushed by the latter who smiles at him.
"Hey. No hard feelings, I can't force someone to be interested. I'm pretty proud of myself for shooting my shot though." Taemin chuckled, "You're too pretty for anyone to just let you slip away from them."
"God, I'm still so sorry." Jimin sighed out, "You're a nice guy, Don't get me wrong. I'm just– well.. uhm."
"In love with someone else?" Taemin supplied gently for him, his smile still kind. "Even a stranger can see how you look at the Photography Major, Jimin."
"It's so fucked up, I know." Jimin sighed, sliding down the wall right next to the exit of the venue and splaying his fishnet covered legs on the concrete. "I just need to be inebriated. I hate this."
"Being in love isn't fucked up." Taemin teased, plopping beside Jimin and tilting his body towards the silver-haired. "I just asked someone to light this inside, Just light it here." the brunet says, gesturing for the latter to press the stick against the already lit one Taemin was holding.
Jimin follows him wordlessly, pressing the ends together and quickly mouthing the other end so he wouldn't miss the first hit.
"Jimin-hyung." a voice calls out, it was in a cold tone. The silver-haired looks up from where he sat with his face near Taemin's as he lit his cigarette and realizes how they looked so he quickly pulls away.
"Jungkook!" Jimin greets, nervously looking at Taemin who just smiles at him encouragingly. "Thank you, Taemin."
"Anytime, gorgeous." Taemin says with a chuckle, "Your fishnets look pretty by the way. I'll see you around." the brunet says, saluting at Jimin and slipping back in the venue leaving him and Jungkook alone by the exit.
"Hey." Jimin greets, breaking the awkward silence and noticing how tensed Jungkook's shoulder was. "How's the party?"
"It's Hoseok's party." Jungkook deadpanned, "I don't think I should be answering that question."
"Hm." the silver-haired hummed in agreement, lifting the stick to his lips and taking a hit. He blows the smoke out with a relieved sigh.
"What bullshit did you tell Hoseok-hyung for him to allow you near Cannabis?" Jungkook grunts out, voice still cold and low as he snatches the stick away from his best friend. "You know the study wasn't confirmed about this helping your asthma, Jimin."
"I'm not dying, Am I?" Jimin snapped back, licking his lips once he realizes he had said it rudely. He purses his lips and ignores Jungkook's shocked gaze, "Sorry. Bad day at work."
"It's okay, here." Jungkook sighed out, giving the stick back to the latter and sitting down beside him when Taemin had been before. "I got snappy too. I may just be tipsy."
"You should try getting laid." Jimin says, despite his throat closing up at the thought of it. "It'll help you loosen up." the silver-haired takes another hit from the stick and blows out the smoke, replacing it with the vodka bottle immediately and downing another gulp.
"And leave you here alone?" Jungkook asked incredulously, looking over at Jimin.
"I'm just going to get smashed." Jimin says, not sparing the latter a glance and not caring if he sounded rude and snappy too. "Maybe later I'll go in and try to get laid too."
"You don't do one night stands, hyung. You sure as hell don't fuck and go either, Jimin." Jungkook hissed out, grabbing the vodka bottle angrily. "What the fuck is wrong with you tonight?"
"Jungkook, leave me alone." Jimin huffed out, blowing the smoke out of his lungs and picking himself up on the concrete. "Go back in, I'm going to take a walk. And give me my fucking drink."
"Jimin." Jungkook says sternly, pulling the glass away from Jimin who tries to snatch it away. "Enough."
"God." Jimin says exasperatedly, "You know what fine, have the vodka! I'm going to look for Taemin or someone else to fuck." he snapped out, taking one last hit from the Cannabis and throwing it on the floor. Jimin stomps his way back from the exit but gets pulled back by his wrist.
"Jimin, Don't test me." Jungkook mumbled lowly, "I'll give you your fucking drink if you stop being rude to me."
"I just want to be smashed!" Jimin yelled back, successfully snatching the bottle of vodka from Jungkook and downing two gulps to make a point. "Leave me alone!"
"Fuck this." the raven haired cursed out, grabbing the vodka from Jimin and lifting it to his lips. He downs it like water, makes sure to leave only half of it so the silver-haired would stop drinking.
"Jungkook, What the hell–" Jimin hissed, grabbing the bottle and pulling it away from Jungkook.
"There." Jungkook slurred out, wiping the back of his lips and popping two buttons open with a frown. "It's hot."
"Oh my fucking God. You're shit faced now." the silver-haired hissed, placing the glass of vodka on the floor and rushing to his best friend's side instantly. "You're such an idiot, why would you drink it like that?"
"So." Jungkook paused, hiccupping lightly. "So you wouldn't." he argued, lisping lightly as Jimin instructs him to drape his arm over his shoulder. "Where are you taking me?"
"Home." Jimin grunts out, stumbling lightly at the weight as they moved towards the raven haired's Ferrari. "Can I have your keys?"
"Ov'r here." Jungkook slurred out, gesturing at his pocket. The silver-haired rolls his eyes, leaning his back against the car and fumbling with the taller's pocket to grab his car keys.
Jungkook sniffled, pressing closer on Jimin just as the latter grabs his keys.
"Let's get you to the passenger's seat." the silver-haired whispered, pulling Jungkook's body weight up but the latter refuses. He lifts both of his hands to trap Jimin against the side of his car, his arms framing the smaller's shoulder's.
"Have you–" Jungkook paused, "ever kissed me before?"
"What?" Jimin asked, his heartbeat picking up speed. "What are you saying?"
"You've kissed Taemin, right?" Jungkook slurred out, tilting his head closer with his eyelids hooded. "Have you ever kissed me?"
"I haven't – I didn't kiss Taemin. He was lighting my fucking cigarette, crazy!" Jimin yelled out, blush high on his cheeks when Jungkook pays him no mind.
"Minie–" the raven haired croaked out, "I'm so fucking drunk and I want to fucking kiss you."
Jimin's heart plummets, his legs squeezing together at the statement. He presses his eyes closed tightly when he feels Jungkook press a soft kiss on his cheek.
"So soft." Jungkook whispered, pressing another closer to Jimin's mouth. "You're so fucking pretty."
In the back of Jimin's mind, he was screaming at himself. Jungkook was inebriated, he'd probably forget half of what happened to them tonight.
The silver-haired wasn't sure if he wanted to face the pain of having his best friend forget about them, but he just wanted to be selfish.
He wanted to be selfish for the night and kiss Jungkook silly. So he does.
"Just kiss me." the latter whispered, meeting Jungkook in the middle and pressing their lips together. Jungkook groans when he tastes Jimin's lip gloss, immediately addicted to the taste as he started tugging at the smaller's lower lip and licking into his mouth insistently.
"Gguk." Jimin gasped out, his fingers tangling on Jungkook's hair as the raven haired grips his waist and dives in to kiss the silver-haired again like a starved mad man.
"You're so pretty." Jungkook whispered, "So gorgeous. Love your skirts. Love this." he grunts out, slapping Jimin's fishnet covered thighs. "Stunning, baby."
"Let's get you home." Jimin mumbled right after their heated make-out session, Jungkook nods once stumbling backwards but managing to maneuver himself to his cars passenger seat.
Jimin sighs, willing his tears away and looking at his bestfriend who was drunkenly trying to wear his seatbelt.
Jimin was down. He was down bad.

"Shouldn't a light go on, Doesn't he know
That I've had him memorized for so long~"
The following day was a nightmare, Jimin cried himself to sleep and had to wake up early to make tea for Jungkook's hangover because he felt more guilty than happy.
He makes sure to put extra honey, just cause he knows Jungkook likes it that way. Before he goes to his best friend's house, Jimin makes sure to take a shower and clean himself up pretty. Even went as far as putting on blush because he couldn't stop himself.
Jimin sighs, kicks his door open and is surprised when Jungkook does the same at the exact same time. He had his hair wet and he was shirtless, staring at Jimin when he reveals himself from the door and smiling sheepishly.
"You're dying aren't you?" Jimin says, hoped his voice didn't sound too nervous. If Jungkook noticed, he didn't comment on it.
"My head's about to explode." Jungkook confessed, gesturing to his temples with his fingers in a gun sign. "I was so smashed last night, Did I do anything embarrassing?"
You kissed me.
"Besides torment me?" Jimin teased, stepping forward and closing the door behind him. He holds his tray with ease, crossing the road towards Jungkook's apartment and smiling at him. "Hangover tea, it has cold medicine too."
"You're the best, hyung." Jungkook grumbled, picking the tray up for Jimin and ushering him inside his own apartment. "Were you the one who brought me home?"
"Yeah." Jimin says, plopping on Jungkook's couch and picking up his television remote to play anything on. "Have your tea."
"Are you hungover too?" Jungkook asked, placing the tray on the living room table and grabbing his cup. "There's two hangover drinks."
"I drank a little yesterday." Jimin explained, picking his cup too and taking a sip from it. "I have a minor headache but couldn't be as worse as yours."
"You're so soft in the morning." the taller teased, reaching over to ruffle Jimin's hair.
"I just blow-dried that!" Jimin yelled out, slapping Jungkook's hand away as his best friend snickers.
"You like it messy." Jungkook says simply, pressing the mug on his lips and gulping down a generous amount of the warm liquid. He groans right after, "That made me feel so much better."
"I know, I'm the best." the silver-haired replied, laughing to himself as he drank his own drink. Jungkook sniffles, sitting closer to Jimin and laying his head on the latter's sweater covered shoulder.
"The best." Jungkook agreed easily, "Hyung, you haven't changed your cologne?"
"It's still Vanilla lace." Jimin supplied helpfully, bumping his head on Jungkook's. "You still have a sensitive nose I see."
"I don't remember anything from last night." the raven-haired confessed, picking at the hole on his sweatpants. "Is that a bad thing or a good thing?"
"I think–" Jimin paused, licks his lips and takes another swig of his drink. "I think it's a good thing, You were pretty smashed when I got to you so I don't know what else you were doing before."
"You're right." Jungkook whispered, straightening his back and taking another sip of his own drink too. "Probably for the best?"
"Of course, Douchebag." Jimin laughed out, pushing his best friend by his shoulder. "Stop being so sulky, You seemed like you had a great night!"
"I'm sad I wasn't sober when I met you yesterday." Jungkook grumbled, poking Jimin's cheek. "Thank you, hyungie."
"You're welcome."
Jimin hoped his lie was enough to convince Jungkook.

"Taetae, come here have more lip gloss." Jimin called out to his friend who was wearing a cheerleading uniform with Yoongi's last name on his banner.
The blue haired turns to him immediately with his lips puckered, the silver-haired giggles and swipes the applicator on the latter's lips. Smiling proudly at his work when the whistle blows, Taehyung returns his gaze back to the game and yells his boyfriend's name when Yoongi shoots a three point shot with ease.
"Oh my God, Min Yoongi! You're a fucking ace!" Taehyung screamed out, his boyfriend looking up at him and winking.
"He's going to make my ears fall off." Hoseok complained beside Jimin, passing him his cup of beer and rolling his eyes. "I'm going to look for Namjoon, okay?"
The silver-haired nods, placing the drink on the cup holder and sighing.
"Jimin!" Taemin yelled in recognition, slipping on Hoseok's seat and smiling at the latter. "Hi?"
"Hey, you." Jimin laughed out, "I'm convinced you may be stalking me."
"I'm with my friends." Taemin reassured, pointing at somewhere above them. "Thought I would say hi, your friend's blue hair is very hard to miss."
"Thank you, Taemin." Taehyung teased, fist bumping the Dance major. "Glad you think my hair looks nice."
"Hard to miss." the brunet teased, turning to Jimin and beaming. "Want to take a picture? Before that photography major rips my head off."
"You're ridiculous." Jimin laughed, nodding his head and tilting his body forward to be seen on Taemin's phone. He raises his fingers in a peace sign and grins as the brunet snaps the picture.
"Thank you, Mimi." Taemin says, turning to Jimin. "Hey, maybe we can go out for coffee some time? Just as friends. I actually think we'd be great friends without the relationship insinuation. You can rant about the Photography major, promise."
The silver-haired throws his head back and giggles, "Fine." he relented. Rolling his eyes when Taemin squealed happily. "But only because you're letting me rant about him."
"Dude, I'm down. You can even help me write my profile on tinder." Taemin teased, reaching over to poke Jimin's cheek. "I'm going to go back to my friends table now, okay?"
Jimin nods, looking from the side of the bleachers. His eyes widen when he sees a man holding a bouquet of flowers, Taehyung whips his head back to Jimin in panic and quickly tries to damage control by blocking the flowers but he failed.
"Mimi!" Taehyung yelled in panic, Taemin's eyes widened when he sees Jimin start an Asthmatic attack. Jimin fumbles with his hand bag but the brunet does it for him, locating the small inhaler with ease and uncapping it.
"Hey, Jimin. I'm pressing." Taemin called out in worry, lifting the inhaler on the latter's lips and gently holding the silver-haired's nape to guide him. "Inhale, mimi."
Jimin follows his friends advice, his breath evening out when the medicine clears his airway. The silver-haired lets out a sigh, shaking his head fervently in shock when Taemin pulls the inhaler away from him.
"Again!" Jungkook yelled, snatching the inhaler from the brunet and pressing it back on Jimin's lips. "One more, Jimin. Inhale."
Jimin sighs, grabbing the inhaler and capping it himself. "I'm okay, I'm okay now."
"Sure?" Taemin asked worriedly, brows furrowed as he stared at Jimin's tensed shoulders. "Water?"
"No–" Jimin shakes his head, "Thank you, Taeminie. Jungkookie." he whispered, pressing the back of his palms on his watery eyes. "I fucking hate my asthma."
"Hey." Taemin called out gently, rubbing the latter's shoulder in comfort. "It's not your fault."
"You can go back to your friends now, hyung." Jimin says, smiling gently at Taemin and gesturing to the seats above him. "I'll text you when I'm free for coffee, yeah?"
"I'll hold onto you for that." Taemin says with a smile, he nods at Jungkook's direction as the Photography major was hovering from the both of them and slips out of the seat.
Jungkook sits on the empty space immediately. "You agreed to the date?"
"Huh?" Jimin asked, looking at his best friend weirdly. "What?"
"You said yes to the date, with Taemin." Jungkook repeats, staring at Jimin like he had just betrayed him.
"Oh, It's–" Jimin coughed, "It's not a date. Just a friendly meeting."
"Ha. Friendly." the raven haired scoffed out, looking away from the silver-haired and slouching on the seat. "Taehyung, what's the score?"
"34-28." Taehyung called out, turning back to the court after looking at the couple. "Hey! Foul!" the blue haired screamed, pointing at someone on the court.
Jungkook sniffled, turns to Jimin with frown on his face and sighs when he sees his best friend fiddling with his fingers.
"I'm not angry." the raven haired voiced out.
"Seems like you are." Jimin sulked, folding his arms petulantly.
"I'm sorry." Jungkook sighed out, reaching over to ruffle Jimin's hair. "I'm not angry." he repeated, smiling when his best friends looks up to match his gaze.
"Okay."
Jimin believed him.

"Yoongi slammed that shit down!" Namjoon exclaimed, copying the latter's moves awhile ago for his slam dunk.
The mint haired chuckles at his friend's impression, Taehyung settled on his lap giggling as well.
"And I think you're piss drunk." Hoseok laughed out, sipping on his iced tea and staring at his best friend. He looks over at Jimin and Jungkook huddled on the couch, comparing their hand sizes and laughing.
Taehyung nudges his boyfriend and tilts his chin to the two giggle men on the side of the couch, Yoongi snorts.
"I think they're both emotionally constipated." Yoongi grunts out, slipping his hand in between Taehyung's thigh and shaking his head in disapproval. "We have to get them together."
"I'll think of something." Hoseok reassured, downing the rest of his drink and humming. "Well, Taehyung and I will."
"Wait." Jungkook called out to the group, staring at his phone and standing up. "Can I take this call?"
The group nods at him, staring at Jimin trying to gauge his reaction. The silver-haired looked worried.
"Why?" Hoseok asked him, looking at Jimin expectantly. "Who's calling him?"
"His mother, from the psych ward." Jimin sighed out, biting his bottom lip. "I'm worried she just might go crazy and curse at him."
"Jungkook's mother is in a Psych ward?" Namjoon says in shock, brows raising. "How the hell do we no know about this?"
"I thought he told you." Jimin confessed guilty, gulping thickly and sighing again. "Her mother suffered from PTSD right after Jungkook's father cheated on her, then developed Schizophrenia. She became extremely violent and his sister had to check her in a Psych ward for treatment."
"We just know Jungkook's father passed away two years ago." Yoongi confessed, "That's the only thing he told us."
"He has trouble with talking with her since she's extremely verbally abusive." the silver-haired discussed, leaning with his phone open and showing the group their family picture.
"Whoa, Jungkook's sister is so pretty." Hoseok says with a gasp, staring at her in awe.
"She is, She's married!" Jimin says, smiling at the group and retracting his phone. "She had
twins."
"Mimi, You should check on Jungkook." Taehyung called out, hearing the muted shouting from the back garden of their shared apartment. "I don't think it's going well."
Jimin nods, plops his phone on the couch and walks towards the sliding glass door to the back garden. Jungkook has his back to him, his phone thrown on the grass as he held tightly on the railings. His knuckles were turning white with his grip, shoulder's shaking lightly.
The silver-haired walks forward, doesn't say anything but wraps his arms on Jungkook's waist gently in a back hug.
"It's okay." Jimin whispered, clutching his best friend tighter. "She didn't mean it, She's sick bun. She'll get better, It's okay."
It's only then that Jungkook's resolve breaks, his body shaking in silent sobs. He holds onto the railing like his life depended on it, lowering his head as his tears drip on the concrete.
"She told me to get her out." Jungkook choked out, "told me I was an asshole for leaving her there, that I was good for nothing."
"Baby." Jimin called out, releasing his hold on the taller and tugging Jungkook's wrist so he could face him.
Jungkook had a straight face on, but the moment he sees Jimin's concerned eyes he's shaking his head and his face bends into a pained expression as another wave of fresh tears dripped from his eyes.
"Bunny." Jimin comforted, lifting his sweater paw and wiping the taller's tear streaked cheeks. "I got you, you're okay."
Jungkook sniffles, hugging Jimin and tilting his head up to stop more tears from falling.
"God, This is so embarrassing."
"Ha, your record of letting me see you cry is now deduced to 2-15." Jimin teased, Jungkook laughed this time genuinely with his nose still red.
"It's a 13 point gap." the latter stated playfully, "Proves you're a cry baby."
"So what if I am!" Jimin contested, laughing when Jungkook does. "Cheer up, bun."
"You're the best, hyung." Jungkook sighed out, "If you ever get a boyfriend, I'll be so sad because I'd have to share my time with you."
"You're being ridiculous." Jimin laughed out, rubbing Jungkook's back in comfort. "Now get your phone and stop crying, baboon. Our friend's are worried."

"Minie, please just choose one song!" Yoongi pleaded, passing the remote to Jimin and looking at him expectantly.
"Taehyung, Trust me! His favorite color's green! It's the lie!" Jimin yelled out, as the blue hair squints at a laughing Jungkook.
They were playing two truth's, one lie; loser has to take a shot of the gin without downing it with anything else.
"No!" Hoseok giggled out, "Don't listen to Mimi, He wants Jungkook to win!"
"I'm telling you the lie is his favorite color!" Jimin exclaimed, slamming his palm on the table as Jungkook snickers from beside him. "Believe me if you don't want to take the shot!"
"Jiminie, a song!" Yoongi says, tapping the silver-haired's shoulder. Jimin finally gives the mint haired's requests and reaches for the song book.
"Only one song." Jimin relented, rolling his eyes when Yoongi whooped.
"This is the first time I'm gonna hear you sing." Namjoon chimed in beside them, looking at the song book Jimin was browsing. "Pick something bright!"
Jimin ignores their requests and types in the number of the song he chose, giggling when he hears Taehyung exclaim in horror when Jungkook says the lie was his favorite color.
"I fucking told you!" Jimin laughed out, sparing the group a glance. He chokes on his laughter as he sees Taehyung down the gin with a grimace. "Told you!"
"Just sing!" Hoseok laughed, "Stop tormenting, Taetae! C'mon I love this song!"
Jimin hops on the table with the mic held on his hands and Taehyung screams to hype him up, the silver-haired laughs screaming the lyrics to make a show as his friends sing with him.
"You say that I'm messing with your head~" Jimin laughs, the mic being snatched from him by Hoseok to continue the song.
The silver-haired stumbles on the discarded peanuts on the table and hops down. His boots clinking on the marble as he jumped around to Avril Lavigne's 'What The Hell'.
Jimin thinks he feels the happiest at that time, with all his friends jumping around happily around the karaoke room.
"I'm saying this! You can't tell two lies because the breaks the game!" Jungkook argued with Namjoon through the song, "You're a cheater, Joonie-hyung!"
"I'm too old for this!" Namjoon yelled back, downing the gin to avoid any other protests but Jungkook was intent on scolding him for the game.
Jimin doesn't get to tell them it's because Jungkook is competitive at heart and will not back down from a challenge.

"Do not give me that look, Jungkook." Jimin scolded, taking a bite out of the chicken leg he was holding and giving his best friend the most unimpressed look ever. "Your puppy eyes won't work on me, You look just like your dad and it reminds me of the time he scolded us for stealing oranges."
"But why won't you tell me where you work!" Jungkook whined, stomping his feet on the floor like a child throwing tantrums. "You know where I work!" he added.
"I work at a coffee shop near campus." Jimin repeated, "That's all you should know."
Truthfully, Jimin just didn't want to tell Jungkook where he did work because he liked to draw the line there. His song numbers are often dedicated for the latter on Friday's and he didn't want to take that freedom away.
Jungkook is dense, but he isn't dumb. He would put two and two together and know Jimin would be singing about him and that scared him more then his upcoming midterm exams.
"There's approximately ten coffee shops around the block." Jungkook says determined, "I'm going to visit them all one by one."
"Good luck." Jimin says with a snicker, sipping on his soda and dodging the pillow Jungkook throws at him. "I'm still not telling you."
"Watch me find it!" the taller yelled out, roughly taking a bite from his chicken in spite. "I'm going to find it."
Jimin just ignores him because he knew Jungkook would find where he worked at eventually.
He wanted to enjoy the fact that he still hasn't yet.

"He stands there, then walks away~" Jimin stands up from the stool and accepts the tip box a small child gives him from the stage and smiles. "Thank you!"
The silver-haired steps back and holds a hand on his heart as he sang the next part of the song with a brighter smile. "My God, if I could only say. I'm holding every breath for you~"
Jungkook sighed, "My God, Jimin. Is this why you never told me where you worked?" he mumbled to himself, pressing his fingers on his temples as he wracks his brain about all the things he said to his best friend that he regrets to the core currently.
Jimin's laugh echoes from the shop's speakers, gaining the raven haired's attention back. Jungkook peers over the stage curiously and sees the crowd with their phones flashlight's on as they swayed their arms side to side.
Jungkook assumes it was the build up next because his heart skips when Jimin continues the song with a more sincere tone as if he was just singing directly to Jungkook and no one else in the room.
"He'd never tell you, but he can play guitar~"
"What? You can play guitar?" Yoongi asked in shock, slamming his iced coffee on the table and looking at Jungkook in betrayal. "How dare you! I asked you if you could and you said you didn't have interest in it!"
"I'm not good at it." Jungkook huffed out, pushing his tattooed hand up to push his hair out of his face. "That's why I never told you guys. Hush for a moment."
"I think he can see through everything but my heart~"
"Oh my God." Jungkook says out of nowhere, slamming two of his palms on the table and making his friends jump in shock. "Oh my God!"
"What? What is it?" Hoseok says in panic, staring at the raven haired with a scared expression on his face.
"I kissed him." Jungkook whispered in terror, "The night of your birthday party, I kissed him" the taller continued, slamming his head on the table and groaning. "I thought I was fucking dreaming, I was drunk! I told him I didn't remember anything but I remembered dreaming about kissing him!"
"So you thought you were dreaming but you weren't?" Taehyung asked curiously, his chin placed on his palm as he stared at his friend.
"I'm such a fucking idiot." Jungkook groaned out, groaning louder to himself when Namjoon starts teasing him.

"Jungkook." Jimin mumbled, poking his best friend's cheek to wake him up. "I have class, I have to leave."
They watched all the Avenger's movies the night before and Jimin was forced to sleep with the love of his life spooning him, he may be the happiest man alive but he still feels the dreaded pain of not having to call Jungkook his.
There, under the light of the sun beams that were bleeding through the haphazardly strewn baby blue curtains Jungkook had on his apartment; Jimin yearned for him more.
"Bunny, I need to go." Jimin repeated, shaking his best friend's shoulder lightly. Jungkook only frowns and snuggles deeper into the couch pillow, grunting groggily response.
The silver-haired plops on the floor, gazing silently at his sleeping bestfriend and smiling fondly. Jungkook was a sight to behold.
Jimin reaches over to run his hand over the taller's bed hair, fixing it lightly in adoration.
"Jungkook-ah." the silver-haired rasped out, "You're so handsome, you know that?" he mumbled, fingers brushing against Jungkook's cheeks gently with a sniffle.
"I'm leaving, bunny." Jimin whispered, pressing a light kiss on Jungkook's nose and then on his cheek just because he was feeling a little more selfish today.
"I love you." he mouthed, not saying the word out loud. He picks himself up from the floor and dusts his pants off, grabbing his hand bag and slipping out of his best friend's apartment.
He doesn't look back at Jungkook who had his eyes open, wide awake as he tried to carve the feeling of Jimin's soft lips brushing his cheek in his brain. He stares at Jimin's back side with a frown marring his features.
"I love you too." Jungkook mumbled, "Why don't you ever say it out loud?"

"Jimin works at Serendipity." Namjoon declared, dropping a flyer on their empty table as he tried to catch his breath from running towards his friend's right after his final lecture class.
"Joonie, You're an angel!" Taehyung exclaimed, grabbing the flyer to look over the details of the shop. His smile widens when he sees the word 'LGBTQ+ inclusivity' and shows it to his boyfriend who humors him with a sound of approval.
"We can't get Jungkook out of his shift on Friday's though, bear." Yoongi sighed out, "He'll murder me and Namjoon if we do."
"I'll sweet talk his boss to giving him a free day." Hoseok reassured, "Don't worry, I'm good at it."
"You've been lusting over Jungkook's boss for a long time already, Jung Hoseok!" the blue haired screamed in accusation, "Don't act so sly!"
"What is with you and older men?" Namjoon grunts out in disapproval, shaking his head in mock disappointment as he orders his lunch.
"I have taste!" the tangerine haired exclaimed, sticking his tongue out at Taehyung who gives him an unimpressed stare. "Stop judging me! I'm going to look for new friends."
"Alright then, go look for new friends after." Yoongi scolded, "We need to first fulfill our mission."
"Operation get Jungkook and Jimin to confess their feelings! Let's go" Taehyung yelled out, raising both of his hands. Yoongi chuckles at his boyfriend's excitement and they all fall into joyous laughter after that.

"If you ask me if I love him..." Jimin sung out finally, breath hitching when he looks around the room one last time and makes a mistake of clashing his gaze with round doe eyes that staring right back at him. "I'd lie."
The silver-haired tears his gaze away, heart jumping in his chest.
He didn't know Jungkook would come,
No one told him Jungkook would come.
"T-Thank you!" Jimin stuttered out, a blush creeping at his cheeks as he bows at the crowd who was giving him a standing ovation.
He heads down the stage and almost trips at the stairs but he catches himself and smiles at Seonmi who was looking at him with a proud grin.
"The people are always so responsive when you come up the stage." Seonmi teased, accepting Jimin's mic and pushing the silver-haired gently by the shoulder. "Seokjin should really be threatened by you."
"Seokjin hyung is much more shameless." Jimin laughed out, playing with his flower earring shyly. "I think they just like me for my skirts."
"Well, they're not wrong to like you in them." his boss teased, earning a smack on the shoulder from the layter. "He was here."
"Who?" Jimin asked, slipping his apron back on and walking back to his station at the counter.
"The subject of your dedication." Jin chimed in, bumping Jimin's hip as he passed two cold brews to the waiting costumer.
"Never saw him." Jimin lied smoothly, wiping the counter down as his co-worker snorts behind him.
"Liar~" The pink haired sing-songed turning to place an Iced Macchiato on a tray alongside a Frappe. "Take this to table twelve by the window."
"You do it." Jimin says quickly, staring at his co-worker in terror. "Hyung!"
Jin starts snickering, moving back to the counter and pretending to count the money. "I'm busy, Jiminie. I'm your supervisor and I'm asking you to bring that to table twelve."
"Can't Seonmi noona do it?" Jimin whined, running a hand through his hair as the pink haired laughs harder.
"You're going to let your boss deliver the drinks?" Seokjin taunted, raising one brow at Jimin who slumps his shoulders in defeat. "Get your skates back on, whiney pants. You still have an hour left on your shift and your performance is done."
Jimin sighs, leaning down to remove his heels and replace them with Serendipity's signature roller skates with a complaint on the tip of his tongue.
"Double time, Minie~" Jin teased, whistling when Jimin sends him a silent glare.
The silver-haired grabs the tray and sighs, forcing a kind smile on his face after taking a deep breath.
"Table twelve~" Jin sing-songed, ringing the small bell to tease Jimin who glares at him and skates away.
"I'm quitting~" he teased back, sticking his tongue out at Jin and gliding to table twelve.
Hoseok spots him immediately and waves at the latter. Jimin smiles back wider, ignoring the way his stomach swoops when Jungkook looks at him too.
"You're not allowed here." Jimin scolded, placing the two drinks on the table and noticing Jungkook had no drink for himself.
"What do you mean? You don't own this coffee shop!" Taehyung giggled out, thanking Jimin for his frappe and passing the Macchiato to Hoseok.
"Yeah but you're using your money to give me my pay, so you're basically my sugar daddy's now." the silver-haired teased, reaching over to ruffle Jungkook's hair.
"You found where I worked!" Jimin greeted, smiling at his best friend who licks his lips but doesn't respond. "Do you not have a drink? What do you want?"
"You–" Jungkook paused, "You'd know what I want." the latter says, looking up at Jimin expectantly. "Make my drink for me after your shift, I'll be waiting here." he says, tapping at the table and reaching up to ruffle Jimin's hair back in revenge.
"My hair!" the silver-haired yelled out, sliding backwards from Jungkook who smiles at him.
"You look pretty when it's messy." he says instead, Jimin's heart does a flip at the change of his best friend's line.
He hopes his blush isn't seen as another costumer calls for him.
>>>
"Clocking out?" Jin asked, watching Jimin remove his apron and folding it properly to store in his locker.
"I'm very nervous." Jimin admitted, removing his skates and returning to strap his heels back on. "You know that though, hyung."
"I think you're over analyzing, mimi." Jin says, sitting beside the silver-haired on their bench and smiling at him encouragingly. "If you've been blinded by the way you look at him, then I'm here to tell you he's equally as blind to see the way you love him because he's busy hiding his own feelings too."
"He told me he'd never fall in love." Jimin whispered, looking at the pink-haired.
"That's your insecurities speaking." Jin replied simply, "He said he'd never fall in love but it doesn't mean he can't or he wouldn't." the latter continued. "I think he regrets saying that because I've seen the way he looks at you, Minie-yah."
"You think he loves me too?" the silver-haired asked.
"I know he does." Jin stated firmly, "Either that or we're all blind and stupid to wish Jungkook looked at us the way he looked at you."
"You're being dramatic aren't you?" Jimin teased, smiling at the pink-haired who nods his head in fake sincerity.
"I've auditioned for acting, Jimin. I'm the best." his supervisor says, laughing when Jimin pushes him by the shoulder gently.
"Thank you, hyung." Jimin says sincerely, "I'm still scared, but thank you."
"I'll be here tomorrow waiting to tell you 'I told you so'." Jin says in a matter a fact tone, "Go give your lover boy his melting frappe. It's on the house."
Jimin nods, standing up from the bench and clocking out with his I.D.
"Oh and Jimin?" Jin called out, the silver haired looks back at him with a hum. "I told you so."
Jimin only laughs at him.
>>>
"Hey, you." Jimin calls out, exiting at the back of the shop and seeing his best friend with his butt sat on his motor bike. He realizes Jungkook was smoking, being extra careful to blow his last hit away from his best friend and stepping on the cigarette to put it out.
"Don't come near me yet, I smell like smoke." Jungkook called out, "Couldn't help myself. Sorry."
"My asthma doesn't get triggered by smoke, It's an allergy thing with flowers. You know that." Jimin sighed out, stepping forward to give his best friend his drink. "Here's your drink."
"I'm not drinking that if you didn't make it." Jungkook warned, taking the drink and sipping on it with a squint on his face. "Okay, You made it."
"How could you possibly know that just by taste?" Jimin laughed out, folding his arms and staring at his best friend. "Why'd you wait for my shift to end? Don't you have work on Friday's?"
"No clients." Jungkook explained with a shrug, busying himself by swirling the straw in his drink. "We closed up early and the Idiot's asked me to hang out with them. Didn't think I'd see you thought."
"I think we're equally as surprised then." Jimin says, staring at the empty parking lot and allowing a comfortable silence settle between them.
"That night at Hoseok-hyung's birthday party." Jungkook began, placing his drink down on the floor and facing Jimin who was looking at his shoes. "I kissed you when I was drunk but I thought I was dreaming, is that true or a lie?"
Jimin doesn't answer, tugs down his skirt and refusing to meet his best friend's eyes. The raven haired already knew his answer to that, his silence was evidence enough.
"You lied to me, told me I didn't do anything embarrassing." Jungkook continued, kicking the pebble at the edge of his black timberlands. "During Yoongi's basketball game, You told me Taemin asked you out on a friendly date. Is that true or a lie?"
"True." Jimin says hurriedly, almost firm. "Taemin was the only one I told about.."
"About?" Jungkook urged, "About what Jimin?"
"Uhm- Well." Jimin cleared his throat, picking at his nails and biting his bottom lip.
"A month ago, when we stayed up all night watching Avengers. You left in the morning and kissed me on the cheek. Is that true or a lie?"
"True." Jimin whispered shyly, "Sorry."
"You love me." Jungkook rasped out, staring at his bestfriend. "Is that true, or a lie?"
"True." Jimin replied shakily, tears building up in his eyes.
"So look me in the eye and tell me that isn't a lie, Jimin." Jungkook says, stepping forward to cup Jimin's cheeks and force the silver-haired to look at him. "Tell me."
"I-" Jimin started, a tear dripping down the side of his eye which the raven haired wipes away. "You told me, that you- you don't think you're capable of falling in love. Is- Is that true or a lie?"
"A lie." Jungkook says without hesitation, "Tell me you love me and it isn't a lie."
"I-" Jimin sniffled, "I love you." he croaked out, staring at Jungkook's doe eyes that waver and water a little. "I'm in love with you. I love you."
"You-" Jungkook sighed, bumping their foreheads together and closing his eyes tightly. "You're such a hard shell to crack, Minie."
"You love me too." the silver-haired says, closing his eyes as well. "You love me too, Is it true or a lie?" he repeated, hesitant and scared.
"True. God, Jimin." Jungkook replied firmly, throat dry. "True. Can I kiss you? Yes or no."
"I thought we were only asking questions that answers with true or a lie?" Jimin teased, his cheeks bunching up in a smile and laughing when Jungkook glares at him. "Yes, you can kiss me."
So Jungkook does, presses their lips tightly together. It was messy and perfect all at the same time, quite salty from the silver-haired's tears; their teeth's clashing because they kept smiling in the middle of it but it was perfect.
"You were jealous of Taemin, is that true or a lie?"
"Are you kidding?" Jungkook grunts out, stealing another kiss from Jimin and holding him closer by the waist. "Of course I was, I wanted to rip his head off."
"Rude." Jimin giggled out, hands finding purchase on Jungkook's shoulder blades.
"You thought my tattoo's were hot, True or a lie?"
"A lie." the silver-haired deadpanned, snickering when the raven-haired pinches his thigh in betrayal. "Partly true, I thought your piercings were hotter."
"I'm getting my dick pierced then." Jungkook says seriously, "Don't laugh, Jimin! How dare you."
"You thought my fishnet's were hot, true or a lie?"
"True? My God, Jimin. All your skirts are hot, You're so fucking hot. Have you seen yourself even?" Jungkook ranted, hugging Jimin to his chest. "You want to be my boyfriend, true or a lie?"
"I don't love you." Jimin whispered against Jungkook's shirt, his best friend's chest rumbles in laughter.
"You lied." Jungkook whispered, "I know you better than I know myself Jimin, You think you're the only one who's had me memorized? I know every bit of you."
"I'll be your boyfriend." Jimin mumbled, looking up at Jungkook and smiling. "Nothing was ever a lie with you, Filtered truth's but never a lie."
"I think-" Jungkook paused, "I think you should kiss me again."
Jimin first fell in love with Jeon Jungkook by the swings in a crowded playground in Busan.
Jeon Jungkook fell in love with him the exact same time, and then forever.
Jimin didn't have to lie about that anymore.
Fin.
