Summary:
“I’m sorry, what?” asks Bucky, lowering the sandwich he’d been about to take a bite of. “You need me to be your date for the White House Turkey Pardoning?”
“Technically it’s called the National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation, but yeah.”
When Sam's tapped to perform the annual turkey pardoning at the White House, he ends up with an unwelcome new suitor by the name of Peanut Butter the turkey. Neither Bucky nor the birds of New York are happy about this turn of events.

Ya'll, YA'LL LOOK WHAT NAPRICOT DID WHAT A PAL, literally churned this out in no time WHILE DOING HOLIDAY STUFF. Peanut Butter and Jelly ARE the actual names of this year's pardoned turkeys, this custom is so weird ya'll, the turkeys stay in a fancy hotel, they were probably right down the hall from Sam and Bucky the whole time. No wonder poor Peanut Butter thought he was in The Bachelor! Other fun facts, a young male turkey is a "jake" so Peanut Butter is calling Bucky kid, basically. We learned a lot of wacky turkey pardon stuff this week, thanks again Napricot, still not sure how you did this whole story PLUS ASSOCIATED RESEARCH in two days, I'm starting to think you have a murder of crow minions who can type.
I shall always believe Peanut Butter lives to a happy and ripe old age on the farm, and never stops telling all the young jakes and jennys about that time he was almost eaten by the President of the United States but was saved by Captain American, with whom he shared a week of wild star crossed passion.
