For a heartbeat, his blue eyes are so sharp Harry can barely breathe. Louis stares straight into him and Harry is unable to look away. “No, it’s not that. But when are you going to realize that I live here too?” Louis exhales slowly, flicking ash with a precise motion.
“Oh, I know you live here.”
“Doesn’t feel like it. And you know what pisses me off the most? You walk around like you’ve got a stick up your arse. No matter what I do, you have that superior attitude, drives me absolutely mental.”
Harry lets out a humorless laugh, stepping just a little closer. “Ever wonder why? Your manners are awful, Tomlinson. Anything I say, you do exactly—” Louis’ lips curl, a smirk tugging at the corner as he tilts his head, smoke trailing up. “The opposite… YOU DO IT ON PURPOSE.”
“Ding ding ding, princess.”
