He knew that shadow on the horizon. Recognised the taste, the telltale tang of metallic radiation in the air.
Radiation didn't hurt ghouls, persay, but a man could be too healed. Too... vigorous. It made everything sharper, more overwhelming. Made you angry, sad, but most of all, it made ghouls like him want to fuck.
And the Vaultie? Little Miss Prim and Proper?
Well, an innocent, sheltered virgin like her wasn't going to be interested in helping an old ghoul like him out with the all encompassing, burning, heat-like effects of that radiation... would she?

Summary
Lucy tried to forget him. The feeling of his touch, the way he was always surrounded by a cloud of smoke, how her insides heated up when she was around him. But he was dead and gone and she was stuck in a Vault pretending everything was just peachy.
But after her wedding night ended with a group of raiders kidnapping her dad, Lucy heads back up to the surface over 200 years later, unprepared for the state of chaos it's in. Instead of finding Hank, however, she stumbles across someone else - someone she thought she'd never see again.

“Tim,” Dick interrupted with a whisper, “out loud. Read the name out loud to me. Please.”
Call it paranoid, but Dick needed to know he wasn’t making this up. That he wasn’t stupidly hallucinating a name that wasn’t actually there.
Tim swallowed, his grip on the card tightening. “Jason Peter Todd-Wayne,” he read, with obvious difficulty. Dick let out a startled laugh as he straightened up. He ran a frantic hand through his hair. “Fuck. Fuck!”
Tim stared at him. “This is… Jason’s old library card,” he pointed out and Dick nodded, perhaps a bit too fast.
Jason loses his old library card while on patrol as the Red Hood. He thinks nothing of it, as Jason Peter Todd-Wayne is legally dead to the world. In hindsight, he should have been worried, because his family are fucking detectives.
Or: How a lost library card ruins all of Jason's big reveal plans; and reconnects him with his brothers somewhere along the way.

Red Hood’s modulated voice is bone-chilling. Nearly every sleaze-bag in Crime Alley had become accustomed to the gravely robotic nature of it. The unnatural shifts in his words and the variations in pitch being just ever so slightly off putting. Borderline uncanny, yet everyone who’s heard it knows there’s a human behind that voice. A man who choses to blow a hole through someone’s skull without so much of an afterthought.
Though, no one had ever heard that voice scream.
Not until tonight.
Or, Red Hood is captured, Nightwing saves him and while helping him afterwards, puts the wrong puzzle pieces together and confronts him which does not go quite how he planned.
