Summary
Bart gets a concussion; actually, he gets multiple concussions. But that’s not even the worst part. No, the worst part, the part that has Tim wanting to yank his hair out, cry, and just generally have a mini crisis, is the fact that every time that Bart gets one of these concussions, he is completely convinced without a single doubt in his mind that he is Batman.

“Impulse, vibrate out of these chains, then you can work to free the rest of us.” Robin said.Impulse frowned in thought, his eyes blinking rapid fire behind the cracked lenses of his goggles, bleary in delirium. “Get out of these chains?” he asked. “Of course, but those wretched techno beasts stole my utility belt, my lockpick, and my batarang!”
Tim suppressed a groan. “You're not Batman!” he half yelled.
Impulse gasped, “You do not recognize me, my old friend?”
