Sienna paused, her mind racing. "Skye?" she echoed, feigning confusion.
Tara laughed softly. "Come on, you know, your karaoke buddy from last time? We all loved him."
A forced smile crossed Sienna's lips as she remembered the alias she had hastily given Sylus to protect his identity from her overly curious friends. "Oh, right! Skye," she chuckled nervously.

Summary
Bringing the mug to her lips, she took a careful sip. The spicy warmth spread through her, already easing some of the cramping. She peeked at Sylus from under her lashes, noting his worried expression. A mischievous urge struck her.
Sienna took another sip, then scrunched up her nose. "Mmm... it's a bit..." she trailed off, letting her expression do the talking.
Sylus frowned. "Too sweet?"
She hummed noncommittally, making a face like she'd tasted something unpleasant. Sylus gently took the mug from her hands, examining it closely. "I measured it carefully," he muttered, lifting it to his lips for a taste.
As the liquid touched his tongue, he furrowed his brow. It tasted perfectly fine to him. A soft giggle escaped Sienna's lips, and understanding dawned on his face. A slow smile spread across his features.
"Was that a prank, kitten?" he asked, his voice low and playful.
