Summary
Juhoon had planned this out perfectly. Wear the stupid lingerie, let Martin eyefuck him for approximately three seconds and maybe allow two measly gropes and boom, rip it off and toss it into the laundry hamper like it never happened. Martin would get his stupid fantasy, Juhoon would get his sneakers, and they could both pretend this was a fever dream by tomorrow morning. Mission accomplished.
Except Martin’s face had just gone completely blank, his eyes raked his body in a way that made Juhoon gulp nervously.

“I need you to take out the upper part of your robe.”
Hyunjin knew that in order to change his bandages, he would need to disrobe, but it still makes the back of his neck burn at the thought of the other seeing him like that. He locks his scent in, certain that it’ll betray him if he doesn’t.
“I don’t think that’s appropriate.”
He tries lamely, Yongbok chuckles, seeing right through him.
“Are you thinking inappropriate things, milord?”
His tone is teasing, he can picture the smirk curving those perfect lips, but it doesn’t stop his face from heating up.
“No, of course not.”

Felix nods toward the restaurant. “This place is good. Good food and fair prices. Reminds me of my uni days.”
Hyunjin smiles softly, humming. “Can I make you some company, then?”
“Of course,” the blond beams, agreeing eagerly. “I've been meaning to schedule a date with you.”
Hyunjin pauses for half a second, which is about long enough to register the word date and the way it lands somewhere between pleasant and absolutely terrifying at the same time.
God, does he even know how to behave on a date?

“You’re coming with us, right, Innie?” He asks then, and though he wants to say No, I’m too tired, the hopeful glint in Chan’s voice already made the decision for him. “Please?”
He can’t deny Chan anything, never has, never will.
Even though he’s not thrilled to stand by the bar and watch strangers ogle Chan all night, he knows he will, simply because his friend wants him there.
“Alright.” He says like it pains him.
Chan leans over and slaps his shoulder encouragingly.
Three times. That’s a bro move, everyone knows that. Once is aggressive, two is awkward, three is yeahhhh buddy let’s party.
Because that’s all they are. Buddies. Friends. No matter how much Jeongin’s pathetic heart wishes it wasn’t so.
✦
Or: Jeongin wants Chan.
Unfortunately, so does every other guy in the club.
Maybe that's the push he needs to finally gather up enough courage to do something about it.
