Summary
"It’s okay, though, because Sissel knows Yomiel would never take up residence somewhere that didn’t have a phone. The phone is a family favorite, albeit for varying reasons. Yomiel seems to like it for its more human functions, such as speaking into it, or sitting limp and cold beside it for hours at a time. Sissel likes it because the cord is fun and bouncy."
Sissel’s roommate takes up a lot of strange residences. Sissel thinks it’s kind of weird, but he’s sure to make every new place they stay feel a bit more like home.

Summary
“Is it not enough just to say that I know you pretty well by now?” Jowd smiles, tilts his head in the way he knows Cabanela gets distracted by. It’s a card he’s unafraid to play.
Cabanela stubbornly turns his attention towards the door. “Not quite so.”
(Written for Ghost Swap 2026, prompt C30 for laughingmango: A friendship that's still new-ish for Cabanela but that Jowd remembers for a decade and more…)

Summary
The credits scenes of Ghost Trick are all well and good, but there's no way it happened that simply. Sissel's got plenty of shenanigans to get up to just by himself...starting with not letting Yomiel be alone again.
My take on the new future, starting at the rewritten Temsik Park incident and ending, eventually, with the new version of "that night".
Who knows how long this will take to be complete! Maybe I'll keep writing it forever :D
