After the Akademia was fully replaced the Fatui has now lost any relationship they previously had with them. By the order of the Tsaritsa, Ajax is sent to Sumeru to try to re-establish a friendly relationship with them. However, while he's there he finds this guy with a weird hat and can't understand why he keeps running into him.
Hopefully, he'll be able to finish his work without getting distracted by those familiar indigo eyes.
