Nero poses an absolutely riveting question in the middle of the night, shows V a parody video, and makes an interesting discovery about himself.

Summary
V ignores Nero's demands, instead moving closer to fluidly drop down and straddle him, a hand reaching out to grab the young man by his hair and pull his head back to force eye contact. He firmly places the handle of his cane under Nero's chin to make it clear that he has nowhere to go. The boy's expression falters for a moment, anger slowly replaced with a degree of uncertainty.
"I see you've yet to learn some manners."

It was pure hubris for V to think Nero could have a chance against Urizen. Now he can only watch as Urizen proves his power by torturing Nero, and that too is another sort of torture.
