It's slow. The boy is trying not to damage the costume's head, moving his hair to the sides, sweat falling from his forehead. Dongmin senses his ears reddening at it, especially at the boy's big sparkling eyes now facing him. "Oh, it's you." The stranger says with shaky breath- he must have been suffocating inside of it, which, for Dongmin's bad luck, is stupidly hot.
Or, Dongmin has never celebrated Christmas.

Summary
No one would believe Woonhak, and maybe that’s why he does it so shamelessly, but Taesan opens his eyes really wide in response, and they do– something; they look big, shiny, and innocent. His bottom lip pushed out in a pout, grazing Woonhak’s tip.
“You don’t want to?” He asks, and his tone, his expression—everything knocks the air out of Woonhak’s lungs. He could’ve asked for anything right now and Woonhak would’ve committed felonies to make sure Taesan got it.

He is not supposed to ignore administrative deadlines, he is not supposed to overlook unregistered livestock, and he is most definitely not supposed to throw away his own protocol.
But Kim Donghyun is different. He has an entire, thriving ecosystem packed into a sterile dorm room—complete with an army of schooling tetras, a bottom-feeding corydoras, and a stubborn streak a mile wide. He stubbornly meets every housing violation with breathless tangents and an unguarded warmth that Sungho never stood a chance against.

Woonhak lets out a laugh, almost a scoff, “Do I?” He shakes his head, “I don’t think I do, come over here and tell me?”
Taesan doesn’t move, feeling inescapably warm as heat licks its way up his neck at last.
Woonhak’s smile falls ever so slightly, eye’s switching from something amused to something serious, “Let me rephrase that so you’ll understand better.” He leans forward, “Come. Here.”
