Chuuya, in his Christmas sweater and apron and Santa hat, with his Christmas spatula in hand, just raises an eyebrow at him.
“Online. Where else?”
“And you mind telling me why you’re suddenly acting like Hallmark is giving you a paycheck?”
Chuuya shrugs, turning away – it’s gonna sound stupid and so sentimental if he says it out loud, but… it’s their first Christmas as a family, and Chuuya wants to finish the year off on a good note. It really hadn’t been an easy one.

“It was probably a few things,” Dazai says. “The stress, my health, whatever drugs they gave me. Mori wasn’t happy about it,” he laughs dryly.
Dazai got thrown out of the building just like he was - blood on his body and all over his clothes, exhausted and barely able to walk, mere minutes after the fact. He stumbled off and left the Mafia that very night.
“And that’s that,” Dazai sums up.
