Summary
You'd tracked every single second of these 18 months you've been gone, even if that didn't help the sting of being torn away from your friends. But now that the reason for your forceful transfer had been fired for embezzlement, you'd been welcomed back to the Mega Pizzaplex with open arms. Despite first appearances, very little is the same as when you'd left; a good friend is gone and there's been a new addition to the Fazbear family. But even this isn't the strangest part. Things got somehow worse since you've been away. Almost all of the human staff are gone, your friends are being treated like less than objects, and something is seriously wrong with the newcomers. Maybe all of this can change for the better with your returned presence, though? ...If you can manage to not go breaking reality in the process.
This is a rewrite of my (still posted) fic by the same name. The 1.0 version is up for people to read should they need to know what happens next. HOWEVER, there will be quite a few changes between them, and not just in the quality of the writing.

Summary
Congrats! You're the new service technician at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, a position you've had your eye on for awhile now. While you expected to be amazed by all that Fazbear Entertainment's managed to accomplish, you didn't expect nearly sentient animatronics with thoughts and emotions, wants and desires. You didn't expect to be having conversations with them or even hanging out with them. You certainly didn't expect to befriend them.
Especially not Montgomery Gator.
He's probably the rudest person you've ever met, and yet, he was also probably the kindest, in his own way. He had this sort of charm to him. You find yourself not only befriending him, but also surprisingly falling for him. And that scares you. But the more you talk to him, the more you enjoy his company, and the more you get to know him, you realize that loving him might not be such a bad thing.

Summary
The wedding was lovely. Really. It was.
Harry isn't even jealous that Ginny is marrying Draco, more frustrated that he's wound up at yet another wedding without a date.
Pansy, still somewhat of an outcast after the war, has been left behind by her own date/flatmate after Blaise spotted a boy he was interested in.
Daphne, having lost her standing in Pureblood circles thanks to a failed teenage romance, has shown up mostly for her own amusement.
When these three "leftovers" find themselves without any other prospects at the end of the night, bemoaning their singledom at an afterparty at Daphne's flat makes sense, right?
After all, they can't stay on their best behaviour forever.
