"No Charlie!" He pushed his hand away, and stared helplessly at the floor. "Fervor, estrus, heat, I don't know what non-amphivians call it." He looked Charlie in the eye, who was still bent over to his level. Pim lips quivered, as he had never felt so humiliated. He avoided his gaze and turned his head down towards the floor. "I'm entering my mating drive." He spoke quietly through gritted teeth.
"Oh..." Charlie looked at Pim, and then it clicked.
