    I finely adjust the knobs on my shower to my preferred temperature, an act that has become second nature to me over the years.

    As the sound of running water fills the room, it becomes the perfect atmosphere for thinking.

    And it didn't take long for my thoughts to drift to that day... after all, I had been thinking about it nearly nonstop ever since it happened.

    How could I think of anything else? I went from not having any friends, and being so closed off and scared of my own emotions, to suddenly being held so intimately, being told how pretty my hair was, and being encouraged to talk about my feelings!

    And it was Sayori who did all of that, someone who has shown herself to be surprisingly cunning when she wants to be, so I have no way to know for sure what her motives were.

    Was she just being a good friend and comforting me? Why the hug, and why such an intimate one at that? I suppose hugging can be platonic, even intimate hugs...

     

    But she also talked about how pretty my hair was...
