Summary
Grief is a funny emotion. You can't run away from it.
It'll follow you. Watch you. Consume you. A daunting presence that no matter what you fucking do, no matter how many times you ask it to leave you alone? It'll stay.
And while he's all too familiar with the feeling, it bowls over Keith like a vicious tidal wave as he approaches the door.
Lance finds a distraction, Keith confronts the truth, and it is not 'planatonic' anymore.

Summary
Keith can't sleep. He's been trying, really, he has, but to no avail. It's not his fault that Lance is just so... Lance. So, he spends his nights actually being productive instead of lying awake and fantasizing about something — someone — he knows he'll never have.
Lance can't sleep. Fucking Keith keeps leaving his room in the middle of the night. So, he gets sick of it. Man, he's gonna get pranked so hard.
OR:
“You're terrible at this,” Lance observed, dryly. The flush on Keith's cheeks darkened. “I don't think I've ever met anyone worse at lying than you, actually.”
“Fuck off,” Keith grumbled, though he was unable to muster any real hatred in his tone. Then, softer, “I'm not lying.”
Lance hummed, unconvinced.
“I'll tell you what,” he said, spreading his hands placatingly. “I'll stop nagging you about this if you admit that I'm the better pilot.”
Keith scoffed. “So you do want me to lie to you?”
Lance gaped at him. “Rude!” -

Summary
“You’ve thought about this, haven’t you?” Lance ask, lips inches away from his. “Being taken right here in the middle of the church. Having someone corrupt you in this holy place of worship.”
Lance is an incubus and Keith is a priest.

Summary
(Story now completed)
He really should have seen it coming- it's the golden rule of being in and off and on again situationship. Don't fall for your best friend... Don't do anything that could irreversibly shift the team dynamic and most of all don't get caught.
But that was considerably more difficult when the said root of the problem was lying underneath you making these hot breathy little noises that made your heart skip a beat. and the way he says your name makes it feel special- like it was only meant for you.
That and you are actively forced to interact with the other person constantly, fighting alongside him in a war that left nothing off the table and not enough time to worry about the what ifs... he supposed in that case...it was inevitable really.
