Summary
There has always been the debate over whether Monica's original wedding dress or the dress she ultimately gets married to Chandler in is the better dress. Frankly, Courteney looks mouth-wateringly gorgeous in whatever dress she's in! But if I had to pick, the original dress makes her look so sexy. So, I came up with this little ficlet, set around 7x20, The One with the Cheap Wedding Dress.
"He heard a gasp through the door to their bedroom; his almost-wife knew him so well, she knew exactly what he was going to do before he did it. “Chandler….. no…..”
“Yes,” Chandler stressed, his feet already moving to the guest bedroom. Hearing footsteps emanating from behind the master bedroom, he snapped his fingers and pointed. “Ah-ah-ah! Monica Elizabeth Geller-Bing, I don’t want to see you unless it’s in sweatpants or buck naked!”
A beat. Then a delirious, shy giggle. “I’m not Geller-Bing yet….”

“Carmen… what are you doing here?” Sydney asks, slowly. To be honest, she’s reconsidering the whole stroke/coma dream thing because, “You’re supposed to be in New York right now.”
Carmen lets out a shaky breath, and despite the fact that he’s the one who knocked on her door, he looks a little bit like a deer in headlights. “I uh — that’s — yeah. I am. Or, I was.”

Sydney swallowed a lump in her throat. It should be enough for her. She should leave him, satisfied.
“For what?”
His eyes came back for her. “I’m sorry for wanting your company bad enough that I agreed for you to spend a night with me.”
Some of her breath got taken away. With the rest of it she had left, she asked, “And?”
“And I’m sorry that you want my company as badly as I want yours.”
OR
Sydney ends up at Carmy's apartment. She should want to leave, so why doesn't she?
