Hermione is taken in by the Malfoys simmer before her second year because her parents were abusive. She is part of the extended Royal family (Princess Hermione is a thing) and thus made liaison between the MoM and the non magical government. Lucius is a total Girl Dad. Draco and Theo are her adopted brothers. She also bonds with the Twins and asks Percy to be her PA in both worlds. Friendship with Harry, Ginny, Neville and her roommates. Ron is a jealous berk. Dumbledore is angry at loosing power and influence.
MoM brought in after Basilisk incident second year. Sirius found by Hermione and brought home to Malfoy Manor, receives trial, gains custody of Harry third year.
Year 4 - Riddle is pretending to be a tutor that came with Durmstrang (Hermione knows and is tormenting him for fun. He is fond of her and less crazy). Victor is madly in love (Soulmates are a thing for his family) and her friends are being overprotective big brothers. Fake Moody is caught (Toad polyjuice). Dumbledore sticks Harry's name in the cup still.

Evil Dumbledore. Manipulates Hermione into using the time turner excessively to intentionally isolate her and create a weapon. Sent to apprentice with the Flammels who see what’s happening and help her. Send her back 3 yrs older and infinitely more dangerous. Start of 3 year HG is 17 and declared dead by Dumbledore. Now Mya Dagworth-Granger. Apprenticeship with Snape and training with Moody. Crucio’d by Dumbledore. Spends another 3 years training in martial arts before returning back to 1993 (now 20) without anyone realizing. Figures out Dumbledore is evil and starts questioning the story about Sirius. Meets Sirius in the woods and join forces. Capture petegrew, jailbreak Rabastan. Tell Moody everything, ally with Malfoys to bring Dumbledore down, tell the Ministry (Amelia, Fudge, Croaker) everything, plan to arrest Dumbledore publicly, duel, Dumbledore escapes but the truth is known now by everyone. Rabastan and Sirius are pardoned. Tell Harry the truth, Sirius adopts him, all four moving into Potter Manor together. Dumbledore Frees Grindelwald.

Massive AU. Minato and co live, no massacre. Polyamorous relationships amongst the adults (Namikaze/Nara household specifically) and blatant nepotism. Naruto and Sasuke grow up as brothers and are shit teammates. Kakashi is blatantly sabotaging Sakura to get her off the team and replaced with Sai (helped by Rin)(some bloodline bullshit excuse for his instincts). Sakura is strong and smart, top of her class and serious about being a Shinobi. Story essentially starts at the Chunnin exams and the boys informing her she’s being dropped. They get their asses kicked by Orochimaru, Sakura rescues them and hauls them around, meets up with an injured Ino and agrees to help team 10 (all boys are unconscious). Shikamaru wakes up and realizes Sakura is protecting them all and gets all moon eyed. Sakura takes down team 8 and kills the Otto team. Make it to tower. Injured. Boys apologize but… not great. Lots of adult POVs throughout. Sakura kicks ass in the prelims. Up against Shikamaru in stage 3. Interview with Minato about lack of training (Kakashi and Rin are in trouble), Danzou hovering around, Genma is her new sensei. Friendship with and Lee. Root spying at night, Sakura is staying with Genma (and most of team Ro) for the time being. Kakashi is at least remorseful but ordered to stay away for now. Training with (adopted by) team Ro. Tenzou finds out about Mokuton, explains his history as much as he can and tells her to keep it a secret for now. Sakura save Hayate from the attack, identifies Kabuto, warns Hokage. Shikamaru is fully obsessed and Sakura is oblivious. Chunin exam invasion, Sakura takes out a full squad (8 Chunin/Jounin) to protect the boys but nearly killed in the process. Orichimaru escapes, Minato survives, lots dead. Sakura’s parents killed by Root in the chaos. Tenzou is helping her hide the truth about her mother (originally from Mist, probable bloodline limit, related to Mei?) for now but plan to tell Genma soon. Tsunade told about her Mokuton, plans to claim Sakura as her heir but it comes with conditions - at least 2 kids, no marrying into other clans, carry on the legacy, etc. Trade off is she would be protected as would Genma and Co because clan law demands they keep her secrets. Sakura agrees, Genma is told everything, move in to the compound. Drops the adoption news on the council. Sakura-hime is born.

There was still one thing he could do right. Something he could fix.
Sasuke touched his index and ring fingers to the lilac diamond in the center of Sakura's forehead, resolved. He pushed his breathing to calm down, and the corners of his vision—darkened by lack of oxygen—slowly became clear again.
He concentrated on the warm feeling inside her, on the warmth of Naruto and Kakashi's chakra, and on the pulsing in his left eye, and at last Sasuke allowed himself to agree with the voice that had been roaring in his ears nonstop.
“No.”
He was not going to accept a damn thing of what had just happened.
Only Sakura's promise from before she was put under a genjutsu made sense.
Everything should be as it was before.
The sealing mark on Sakura's forehead lit up like a beacon through his fingers, as the scenery around them erupted in colors like a kaleidoscope.
“I will see you soon.”
Sasuke activated Izanagi.

Sakura dies stepping between Sasuke and Naruto in their big pissing contest post 4th war. Sasuke accidentally sends all 4 back in time to their genin era while trying to save her. Sasuke has a few panic attacks while the others watch over him and keep them hidden. Kakashi is summoned to the Hokage to sign them up for the Chunin exams. Sakura is a tiny general ordering everyone else around but not taking enough care of herself.

After the Boys(TM) leave Konoha, Sakura is left all alone. Luckily, Kakashi doesn't abandon his teammates and takes it upon himself to make Sakura his apprentice, much to Lady Tsunade's frustration.

Kakashi takes Sakura as his apprentice to keep from getting split after Sasuke and Naruto leave. Realizes she's a little prodigy, has an existential crisis about how to deal with that, recruits Gai and his team, panics some more about his adorable deadly genius murder puppy that he has adopted and now has to house train. Sakura is a Chakra genius. Learning fuinjutsu with Tenten and they are terrifying together. Starts learning medical Chakra, training with Tsunade after figuring out mystic palm in 3 months. Tsunade and Kakashi commiserate over their fucking impossible genius student. Danzo is interested in her, sent Sai to get close, Sakura plans to flip him. Kakashi is now panicking over this as well. Training with team 10 for Chunin exams. Root kidnapping attempt. Sakura injured, house blew up, residing at the old Hatake estate. Gets a canine summons through a very stupid decision to sign a summoning scroll she wasn't prepared for.
