    "So.. how long's it been?" He asks, voice all faux patience and grace. Sam knows this, could read it in Dean's expression with his eyes closed, and he grins, all sweetness.
    "Seven hours or so. Not since you left." He never breaks eye contact with Dean as he says it, expression reading nothing but sweet baby brother as he watches Dean watch him.
    Dean raises his chin a little, looking down at his brother now with hooded eyes as he says, “..That so?”
    For a mere moment, the shadow of a smirk passes over his brother’s face, then, he says, “It is.”
    Dean nods his head in agreement, eyes traversing the left side of the room as he tries not to smirk himself. There’s blood splattered on the collar of Sam’s sleep shirt. He must’ve missed it, somehow. Dean spotted it the moment he laid eyes on the kid. His tongue peaks from between his lips for a long moment, wetting them as he thinks about how he wants to do this.

    With Sam away at Stanford and Dean hunting solo, the boys are lonely and need something to fill the void. They both happen to browse a dating/sex app. When they start talking, neither realises the other's true identity. But after receiving a photo, Dean recognises his brother. Instead of putting a stop to the accidental incest, he decides it would be fun to prank his brother by taking things a little further. But once certain lines are crossed, there's no going back, and Dean doesn't really want to. He should be freaked out, guilty, disgusted... but Dean kind of likes this subby side of Sam so decides to head to campus and pay him a visit.
