“Stop tiptoeing around me.” Satoru’s voice was more of a plea than an order.
Suguru still tensed up at the words. “Well now you’re the one not making that easy.” He mumbled under his breath, making a visible effort to keep his eyes glued to Satoru’s face, trying to prove a point.
“Why?” Satoru asked forcefully. “Why is it not easy?”
Suguru searched Satoru’s face with that contained distress that was oh so him. “Because you’re just- ” He blurted out before catching himself. “You’re just not easy.”
or Satoru knows nothing of kindness, but Suguru knows everything about it. Through punches and kicks, they learn to love each other.

this author writes with their heart. i feel identified in both characters, i saw a tiny pieces of me in both of them and it made me feel seen and i heavily connected with their writing. reading this fic is extremely pleasing because it felt like watching a movie. the words disappeared as i was reading and instead they merged into scenes, the fic is so perfectly descriptive and the author knows which words to use and when to use them, it’s so addicting to read that whenever i started reading i couldn’t stop. also, i have never sobbed so much in my life to a fic up until i read this. my heart HURT reading it, the writing is so raw i felt an overflow of emotions while reading, i couldn’t control my tears near the end of it

Summary
Geto Suguru lives by one simple rule: Don't fall in love with anyone you fuck. It has always worked for him. Until he starts wanting more from someone he was never supposed to want, someone he never even touched and isn't even apart of the rule. No matter how badly he tries to pretend it doesn't matter.
Suguru believes he can handle it, but the more time he spends with him, the harder it becomes to ignore what he's feeling. And this time, walking away might not be an option.

Might be THE suguru fic. This is one of the few fics i’ve read where the author understands two characters perfectly, and writes them beautifully. This person’s writing flows so well and their characters have so much personality, I actually haven’t stopped thinking about this fic since I first read it

I never even realized I could sob over a fic until I read this. I tried my best to hold back tears but the end note made me break down completely, the writing is so beautiful and words can’t describe how much this fic touched my heart
